There was no greeting, as I had to ask if I can be helped. The young girl in there should NOT be the face of this establishment. What is supposed to be a cheery and fun experience to taste and enjoy she sure made it look like she hates customer service jobs. I wasn’t difficult, all I asked was for a sample of a new flavor and a cup instead of a cone because the scoop wasn’t pact down to be held on tightly to the cone. Another huff and puff at such a simple request. I will not, nor recommend stopping by, there is Dairy Queen a short distance away.

One at the window one messing with boxes one not sure what they were doing. We waited. We looked at all the ice cream and waited. We looked at the ice cream to buy in the container, and still waited. We walked over to the doughnut counter thinking we needed to wait there, and we waited. There was nobody in this place but the two of us and employees. They never said "please wait", "one moment", they never even acknowledged us. I am a small business owner and hope the owner of this company turns this place around.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
