Ordered Dubai chocolate sundae but once we got there to pick up it was discontinued, they had no substitute since they ran out of all fruits , so no bananas, strawberries, etc. I ended up ordering whatever they had available., they did put some cherries 🍒 which was my last options… only reason I’m giving a 2star bc the staff was kind of nice with the customer service trying to accommodate. But other that, will not recommend at all go somewhere else. Or call in advanced to see what they have available first. Save you a trip.

The manager was sitting in a chefs jacket and wouldn’t even help the poor girl out. Today, July 9th, I tried again. Went in and all the chairs were already up. I said are you closing and they just laughed. I asked for a banana split and the guy making it has long hair and he’s reaching into the cooler. Yuck! He then decides to tell me the only toppings they have are fudge and caramel. I asked what about that peanut butter over there and he said he can’t put it on a banana split. I said isn’t a topping and he said yes but not for banana splits. I left the store and will promise until this franchise owner is fired or corporate takes over, I wont be back there. What a joke!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
