    Sunday night 3/29 I placed a dine in order , when I went to get a beverage there was NO ICE, NO Non soda drinks and the tables were dirty. One person was making the food and doing register. REALL BAD SITUATION

    We brought our college men’s frisbee team here (around 20 guys who can really eat), and the staff absolutely delivered. The food never ran out, and everything was kept moving without any wait. Huge shoutout to Caily Hauge for making sure everything ran smoothly and that the whole group was taken care of. Exceptional service all around.

    Ordered food in which they did not put corn salsa, cheese, or sour cream on. Tried to make a complaint and they tried to give me a free drink instead of refunding my money. Absolutely ridiculous for the price of the food there to miss THREE THINGS.

    I genuinely love Chipotle, but this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. The rice is never done, it’s crunchy. 9/10 times that I go in they are out of everything. It’s a 50/50 chance whether you’re going to go in there or not and the person serving you is rude. I walked in to order food for my son and I and the counter was absolutely disgusting. The only reason it was cleaned after my food was already made, is because the person behind me had a dairy allergy.

    I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The food was fine, but the staff completely ruined it. The blond chick behind the counter is incredibly rude. She yells the options at you instead of just speaking normally, doesn’t smile, and acts like you’re inconveniencing her just by being there. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. The whole interaction felt rushed and uncomfortable, like they just want you in and out without any basic courtesy. It’s not that hard to be polite, especially in a customer-facing job. I won’t be coming back to this location. Plenty of other places manage to serve the same food without the attitude.
