- BDb daMar 28, 20261.0Ordered the four-piece chicken meal. Asked for all white meat due to dietary restrictions. Was told by the cashier we can't order all white meat. The side of mac and cheese was lukewarm, chicken wasn't really all that hot either. We like to patronize Trails End for lunch to get away from the crowds at Magic Kingdom. We had always been able to order all white meat previously. We had planned to go back to the parks and spend more money. After this experience we decided to take our money and just go home. Poor customer service has consequences even at Disney. The problem with Disney cast members is they sometimes don't think about the macro consequences of their micro decisions and how it snowballs into dissatisfied customers and lost revenue for Disney.

Served with mashed, a slightly spicy coleslaw slaw and a generous piece of sweetish cornbread. My hubs wanted to go for the meatloaf again a nice size piece with mashed and green beans and cornbread too. The daily soup special was chix dumpling soup....opinion pending. As a side note the next night we just wanted pizza and tried the veggie....delish! We took it back to our cabin. Hoping to get back for breakfast. You need to take the bus or have a golf cart (or bikes) as there is no car parking. In the same building as Crockett's tavern it is old school log cabin decor. Happy trails and bon appetite!
