“We chose Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera for our first night at Disney with our family after doing some research and seeing so many great reviews. When we arrived, the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful — the restaurant itself is stunning, and the views really make a great first impression. That said, once we started looking over the menu and received our food, we felt the experience became a bit overrated for the price. The portions and overall value just didn’t feel worth it for our family. One thing that really stood out was noticing that my kids’ macaroni and cheese appeared to use the same rigatoni pasta as my $60 entrée, which honestly felt a little disappointing considering the price point. I’m glad we got to experience it once and check it off our list, but moving forward we’ve actually found ourselves enjoying some of Disney’s quicker, more casual dining spots much more for our family.”“We chose Topolino’s Terrace – Flavors of the Riviera for our first night at Disney with our family after doing some research and seeing so many great reviews. Way to drop the ball, Toppolinos. We have been going for years and this experience was bad enough that we won’t be coming back. Food took over 40 min to come out so we canceled the bill to eat somewhere else and the manager couldn’t even be bothered to come say something to us. Our server Andrew was wonderful and was the only good part. For that amount of money, I expect more. It was also my husbands bday so double upsetting. We will go off property for a nice meal.

Disney does fine dining well. We were there celebrating a birthday. Our party of 6 were greeted and sat just a little after our reservation time. Topolino’s offers a wide and expansive wine and cocktail menu. Bread service follows quickly after seating. I recommend two starters, the gnocchi and the ricotta - both are nice flavors to spread on your bread. Main courses for our party were pasta, duck, beef, and fish. I had the filet of sole which is bathed in a lemon beurre blanc. This was quite possibly the best seafood i’ve had. The fish was tender on the inside with a crispy edge that offered the right amount of texture to the dish. It’s accompanied by potato and vegetable. Everyone in our party was very pleased with their selections. And I didn’t feel like our portions were underserved. Service was top notch. From our hostess, Ainsley (shout out ACFlora Falcons) to our server Paul, and the posse of support persons who delivered all the parts of our meal. They were great in answering our questions about the menu and were right on point with everything. They were also patient with us while we went out on the terrace to watch the 20 minute fireworks show from EPCOT. This was a great evening of celebration for us. The food and experience are top shelf. Our tab, including an 18% tip was $420. We did not have dessert there, and only one of us had a drink from the bar. If everyone had ordered a cocktail or glass of wine, and dessert, our bill easily would have topped $600, possibly pushing $700. Disney is pretty proud of their libations. I didn’t see a cocktail selection below $18.50. The least expensive bottle of wine was $57. Glass price was $22 and up. Is it hard to justify the price? Candidly, yes. But everyone in my party appreciates the experience of fine dining, and once a year, i can do this. My only knock on the atmosphere was the lack of a dress code at dinner. There were several backward baseball caps/cargo shorts/flipflop combos in the room. I get it though, some of the patrons rushed in right off of the monorail. I’m merely suggesting to the reader, that if I had a family that just spent 8-10 hot hours in the park, this experience would not be my dinner choice for a family with 2 or more kids under the age of 16. This is a dining experience meant to be enjoyed on all aesthetic levels. But, this does not take away from my opening statement. Disney does fine dining well. I can recommend dinner here.

As we were staying at the nearby Caribbean Beach Resort, and that we had mostly relied on "home cooking" during our stay at Fort Wilderness, we were looking to splurge on dining, at least one time, during our latest visit at WDW resort. Topolino did not disappoint. Given the Italian/ Mediterranean vibe, and as an avid Disney Cruise Line cruiser, it felt like a family-friendlier Palo experience, on land, and with a few more options! From start to finish, the service, and the handoffs between the different teams were seamless. Service was prompt, professional, and the utmost care was taken when it came to food allergies and sensitivities. This is something that Disney generally excels at, but at top restaurants such as Topolino's, accommodations can be trickier. The fried vegetables appetizer was really nice, and perfect to share for two people. Our party of five went all over the place when it came to food: Steak, osso bucco, fish and pasta. All dishes were prepared to perfection and portion sizes were generous. Dessert options were also wonderful. While pricier than other Disney dining options, the view from the top is breathtaking and the exceptional service is another important aspect. We highly recommend giving Topolino a try for dinner, even though it does not have a character experience. This is one of the top dining experience available within WDW.

Very expensive for what you're actually getting. The drinks were very very bland, the signature cocktails just tasted like juice. No alcohol was felt at all. I got a fillet, it was very salty. The brussel sprouts were supposed to have pork belly, not sure if it was just dust or what but it felt missing. The butternut squash was nearly inedible. The mashed potatoes were phenomenal. The service was very very very very slow. Empty tables all over so it didn't seem too busy. But took literally 37 minutes to get drinks... The entire dinner to getting the check was about 3.5 hours. I would not come back as it was too expensive for that kind of experience. My seat was right next to the bus station so the abrupt plate clanking got a little old
