  Milo and Abigail at the reception were great. Milo advised the club sandwich and said it'd fill, he was bang on and a rea nice guy. Abigail was helpful throughout and our waitress Cristy was attentive, polite and professional. The sandwiches were filling and delicious, all food came out promptly and hot. Prices are not too bad considering where it is located.

  Our reservations were for 2:05 pm. We were seated at 2:30 pm with the comment „sorry about the wait, but we’re not responsible for the wait time“. Our server said that the food is coming out momentarily. A few minutes later we were told that the kitchen is running behind. All we heard were excuses. The restaurant was very loud, too many people crammed into a small space. We used to like going there, but it changed and not for the better.

  Made reservations for 6:45pm, ended up waiting until 7:15 for our actual table to open up. I guess this is normal for Disney restaurants. We were promptly seated and served very efficiently. Philip was excellent and provided a fast, professional service. Service did feel fast though, which kept with the pace of our days full load of activities. The food was standard but good. Certain details were focused on more then others, example being a few pieces of wilty lettuce on my salad, but the ham and smoked turkey were very tasty. Our table had a chef's salad, Waldorf salad, 2 chicken sandwiches and a club sandwich. All of which made us satisfied. Chicken cutlets were nicely done, and the kids were pleased. Beer selection was can only and limited, but a nice cold jai lai at the end of a long day hit the spot. We chose against dessert, but that looked very good. Thank you Disney for a great days experience!

  I’m giving this place 5 stars because we came for Spring Break during lunch hours with a reservation and we had an excellent waitress & the hostess was also friendly and outgoing and the manager was present and efficient as well and of course the food was great and came out in a timely manner. I believe our waitress was April and she was always checking on our table to make sure everything was good and the food was delicious. We had the onion rings to start and had the shrimp salad & double bacon cheeseburger and my child had her kids meal that was Mac and cheese and mash potatoes and she had the ice cream with wafers the ambiance was very cute and everyone seemed to be enjoying their experience. I didn’t see one table waiting long for their food and everyone looked happy to be there. It was a great experience!

  We had a reservation. We arrived a bit early and was told to come back. We arrived again and was told we needed to wait another 4 mins. We again…. Checked back and was told we were checked in. This was 5:45 pm today. At 6:17 I inquired about it and the host finally checked us in. (Even after we had already spoken to two who said we were already in.) We watched at least 30 people come through and get in to reservations after ours. Mind you, its pouring rain and we are standing on the side of the building. At 6:27 my husband was done. The hosts knew we were not happy that neither of them checked us in and the gentleman was trying to make small talk. The girl was not friendly at all. We asked the host to cancel our reservations, we have been standing out here in the rain for nearly 45 mins. The two outside are relying on a pad to tell them when reservations are ready, yet they both have been standing by a couple who have been waiting patiently. The hosts never even acknowledged the fact that we were still out there. At 6:30 we left. Never to return to the Plaza to dine. We are local passholders and come every week. Extremely dissatisfied to say the least.
