  No regresaré a este lugar. Es un lugar con comida decente, no sabe mal, aunque la calidad no es buena, desayuné aquí. Mi platillo fue un desayuno cubano con huevo revuelto, frijoles y Yuca. El huevo tengo la impresión que lo revuelven con huevo artificial, los frijoles “X” la Yuca era lo más rico. El café ese si estaba malo.

  Overall I'm leaving a 1 star which might seem unfair based on my overall experience with Spyglass, because after 11 nights in Trinidad which is next door, we enjoyed this place many times and had many great experiences with staff there. But during my very last visit, we saw a new member of staff we hadn't seen before who was very rude and belittling. He sarcastically shouted after us when we were leaving after an awkward exchange and it took us completely by surprise. I made 2 complaints about this guy who I won't name, and Disney were as great as ever and actually gave us quite a bit in way of an apology. We love Disney and can't fault them, but this guy really left a sad feeling for us regarding Spyglass and as a result we won't stay in that resort next time as we'd rather not risk having to see him again. If you want the boring stuff then the food is honestly nice and it was quick for us, it can be busy at the usual peak times too and with little seating can be challenging. But go outside of those hours and you'll be fine or just eat on the beach. We also had the dining plan which worked well here, it meant not really needing to go to the main hub more often than not.

  While the location and offerings are convenient the service is pretty bad. They frequently run out of basic items, caffeinated tea, bananas, rolls for sandwiches… they also card very obviously full grown adults and grandparents. Will not release the drink without a physical copy of your ID.. this was not an issue for me but I did witness multiple patrons get into arguments with the staff about this issue. also they don’t know how to work the checkout register so if you try to get a refund for an item they said they had and then don’t have.. they can’t do it. They are quite unapologetic and want to blame the customers instead of admitting they got the order wrong due to their machine or whatever the issue maybe. Also the drinks have a maximum 2oz pour and the spout automatically stops the flow. Totally not worth the cost.

  Ahoy! Get ye down to Trinidad at the Carribean Beach resort, just a short walk from the skyliner (right at Joffrey's then right after the bridge). You can see the pieces of Eight on display from the Pirates of the Carribean Pirate Lords! We tried the breakfast Cuban. Alas, no pictures because I forgot to take one, but it was tasty. Full of slow roasted pork, thick ham slices and cheese on French bread served with breakfast potatoes. I would have preferred tater tots and a real egg or scrambled eggs to the sound frozen egg slice but still enjoyable and easily shareable. Clean restroom, friendly service. Although the café is open air, they do have a restroom, roof and heaters above for when it is cold out. Definitely worth swapping one of your morning quick services. This is also the only place I have found sugar free jelly! Sugar free stuff is very hard to find in Disney. This should be brought to all dining establishments.
