Loved this restaurant! Family style so it’s all you can eat. All the food was great, the peak was the bread and dessert- phenomenal!! Little pricey but delicious.

Underwhelming and Rushed - unfortunately that's the best way I can describe our first visit to this apparently highly recommended restaurant. Two staff members that we interacted with were quite rude and abrupt. Unfortunately food was not what I would consider to be Disney standards, meat options tasted the same, quite bland seasoning, I would say the sides were more tastier than the main. Starter salad was nice as was bread. Dessert wasn't really anything to write home about either, find it quite rude to have the bill thrown on your table at the same time your dessert arrives. All in all felt rushed, and would more class this as an average quick service restaurant rather than table service. Unfortunately won't be returning anytime soon.

Overrated. Touted on the Disney blogs and social media as an affordable and delicious family style meal, it did not live up to the hype. The chicken and pork were dry and the fish overcooked. The salad was very good and the sides were acceptable. The best protein was steak with chimichuri. The highlight of the meal was the rolls. The dessert was bread pudding with ice cream and it was good. Service was slow and not up to Disney standards. Overall it was just an okay meal.

Sebastian’s Bistro
Our family chose Sebastian’s Bistro after it was highly recommended by two Disney cast members, so we were very much looking forward to our visit. Unfortunately, several parts of our experience did not meet the standard we’ve come to expect from Disney dining.
We had a 7:50 PM reservation but were seated approximately 35 minutes later. Another party waiting near us expressed similar concerns about the extended delay. After being seated, it was an additional 15 minutes before anyone came to take our drink order. I had specifically requested Sweet’N Low, and when the sweeteners finally arrived, I was casually told, “These are the sweeteners we have.” My unsweet tea had no ice, and by the time any sweetener was available, the tea was no longer cold.
The bread was served first, followed immediately by the salad, which tasted as though it had been sitting for some time — the lettuce was wilted and not fresh. When the rest of the food arrived, everything was brought out at once, leaving very little room on the table. It felt as though the pacing was rushed, possibly to accommodate later reservations.
Because this is a family‑style, all‑you‑care‑to‑enjoy restaurant, portion sizes matter. The initial portions were quite small, and receiving additional servings took long enough that it made the “all‑you‑care‑to‑enjoy” aspect difficult to benefit from. We also learned that food cannot be taken to go, though we did observe other guests leaving with bags, which added to the confusion.
We were dining with a toddler who had already waited a long time before being seated, and by the time the food arrived, she was ready to leave. As a result, we were not able to enjoy the meal we paid for, and it felt as though we essentially lost about $100 of value.
We are sharing this feedback in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests. We truly appreciate Disney’s commitment to quality and guest care, and we hope the team at Sebastian’s Bistro will review these concerns and address them promptly.

We went there while at Disney and had to explain that my 8 year old grandchild had a severe peanut allergy and they were so accommodating! The chef came out and explained to my daughter what they would do for my grandchild! They were very accommodating and all three of us LOVED the food and the atmosphere! Pricey but would do it again!!! Thanks guys!
