Worst Disney experience ever. We have been DVC members since 1991, so we don’t mind over paying for a good experience but this was our worst Disney experience ever, 4/30/26. Manager must be related to some high level Disney Exec. Because she doesn’t understand what customer experience is about. 1 picky 5 year old eater and our party of 6 was the problem. Our server was good but the food was poor, manager horrible and there is no show. Don’t waste your time (Holliday) or money at this poorly run restaurant.

Place is one of the absolute best restaurants on property. Food is great, atmosphere is awesome for kids and the service phenomenal. On our only two trips to this restaurant we were fortunate enough to get Justyn BOTH times! He’s the definition of what a Cast Member should be when you think of Disney. He was GREAT with the kids, never rushed us, and treated us like he’d known us forever. Can’t say enough good things about him or this restaurant. Dinner here has become a tradition for us!

I’m super surprised by some of the negative reviews. We went the last week of January 2026, and we had a fabulous experience. We had reservations and it was not a very long wait to get into our table. I felt like the food was actually some of the best I’ve had at any Disney park. Hollywood Studios as a whole is so underrated for food in my opinion. It was some of the best barbecue I’ve had ever. And the fried chicken was superb. I don’t think I’ve ever had such crispy and at the same time, juicy fried chicken in my life. The sides were a little less impressive, but still very good. While I think their adult pricing is pretty appropriate for an all you can eat type of restaurant, I do feel like their children’s pricing is a little on the steep side. Our son is a very picky eater and does not eat very much. So I feel like we did not get our money’s worth for him. That would be my only negative review for it. But I felt like the staff was wonderful. We did not have to wait very long for much of anything. And the atmosphere is absolutely adorable. We will absolutely go back to it again. And I highly recommend it. Do keep in mind that because it’s a sit down/table service restaurant, it does take a nice size chunk out of your day in the park. It’s definitely not quick service.

I visited with a reservation on 4/19. The service and atmosphere was great love the theme and the concept.
Horrible food !
The bbq was gross, did not look like it was real meat. Horrendous quality of food. The chicken was questionable did not taste like actual chicken.
The sausage was a hot dog sausage shaped like a circle in a stick, not a sausage you typically eat with bbq
The Mac and cheese was good but when we asked for more the second bowl was super salty
The bread was good
Definitely not worth $50 per person and regret spending my money there

It’s been said already but everyone who is commenting about the poor quality of the food is 100% correct.
We were excited about our reservation at Rodeo Roundup despite reading some mixed reviews.
The restaurant is well done (as you’d expect) and the service is top notch.
The food was embarrassingly bad.
Low quality smoked meats served with bland sides that my children had no interest in eating.
They offer no “kid friendly” alternatives so if your children don’t enjoy terribly smoked chicken quarters or unidentifiable sausage you should plan on stopping for a second meal afterwards.
