  Primo Piatto is my favorite Quick-Service restaurant on WDW-Property. I‘ve always had excellent meals here and never a bad one.

  By far my worst experience in two weeks at Disney. We were kept waiting for over half an hour, with no real information, a dishonest explanation, and most importantly, an insincere, unemphatic, superior, incompetent yellow blazer wearing senior manager. It was my least favourite food, steak was medium rather than medium rare and had gristle running through it so I had to spit out much of it. Dessert was disappointing. But it was the 'service' of the aforementioned person that really lets this restaurant down. She had no people skills which is shocking in a country brimful of good waiting staff. One of our group is neuro diverse in a way that means being kept waiting in a busy foyer is especially challenging. When a member of our group complained the senior waiter went over to her colleagues and laughed.

  Nice place for a casual lunch . Order at counter and they bring to table. Nice staff , clean and good food
