  The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor is perfectly situated on Main Street, U.S.A., making it an ideal stop for a treat while exploring Magic Kingdom. Despite the popularity of the location, our order was prepared quickly, and the ice cream tasted fantastic. While I wish they offered Butter Pecan, they have a great selection of other popular flavors that hit the spot. It’s a classic Disney experience with great service and an unbeatable view of the castle. Highly recommended for a quick, delicious dessert!

  The Plaza Ice Cream Parlor absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, fun, and full of charm! What really made the experience stand out, was the customer service from Caleb. He was genuinely awesome. Super friendly, patient, and clearly someone who enjoys what he does. He took the time to help me pick the perfect flavor, made great recommendations, and just brought a really positive energy that made the whole visit even better. Overall, it wasn’t just about getting great ice cream, it was about the experience, and Caleb played a huge part in that. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

  I stopped by Plaza Ice Cream Parlor during my visit to Magic Kingdom, and it was one of those simple but memorable experiences. The location is perfect right on Main Street with a beautiful view of the castle, which makes it a great spot to take a break from walking and just enjoy the atmosphere. The place has a charming old fashioned feel that fits perfectly with the Disney vibe. As a vegetarian, this is an easy win since most of the menu is naturally vegetarian. There are plenty of ice cream flavors, sundaes, and floats to choose from. Everything tasted fresh, creamy, and indulgent without feeling overly heavy. It is definitely more about classic comfort desserts rather than anything fancy. Seating can be a bit limited, especially during peak hours, but you can easily grab your ice cream and sit along Main Street or find a nearby bench. That actually adds to the experience. Parking is the same as Magic Kingdom in general, so you will park in the main lot and take the tram, ferry, or monorail to reach the park. It takes some time, so plan accordingly. Reservations are not required here since it is a quick service spot, but lines can get long in the afternoon and evening. Visiting earlier in the day or during parade times can help you avoid the rush. A small tip, try timing your visit around sunset or just before the fireworks. Enjoying an ice cream with the castle in view during that time makes the experience even better. Overall, a classic Disney treat spot that is simple, nostalgic, and worth a quick stop while exploring Magic Kingdom.

  Really disappointed today. My waffle cone is so stale I can't even chew it and my husband's brownie is cold and the fudge is not hot.

  We make it a point to come here every single time we visit the park. It has that perfect, nostalgic soda shop vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time. The value here is unbeatable and you won’t find this kind of quality or quantity for the price anywhere else in this nor any of the other parks. Plus, they were happy to apply our Annual Passholder discount, which is always a great bonus! We both went for the freshly made waffle bowl sundaes, and they were incredible. Three giant scoops of chocolate ice cream, warm hot fudge, smooth fluffy whipped cream, and a cherry. The cast member was so sweet and offered an extra topping, so I added rainbow sprinkles for a perfect little crunch. Soooo good! My Husband ordered the same massive sundae but added warm peanut butter along with the hot fudge. It is a counter service spot, and while there is sometimes a bit of a wait, the staff is super friendly and the line moves well. It is truly worth every minute for those sundaes. A Magic Kingdom Must-Stop!
