  I just visited there yesterday on saturday, ordered two of the most expensive steaks on 5he menu . I was excited to bring my granddaughter after she was in national cheer competitions from out of state. The steak arrived my husband's looked pretty good me and my granddaughters smelled very off ,smelled bad being served when it came to our table like the meat was spoiled and going bad, keep in mind it's a $50 meal had a few bites of it and could not eat it, it smelled so bad. My husband's looked pretty good larger and no rank smell ? He did eat his., I was very sick the next day going to her competitions. Very disappointed won't be back. When I complain we knew it wasn't the waitresses fault they credited my bill a whole 10 dollars? They did offer to cook another steak. but by then my husband was almost done with his meal. I ate the vegetables and potato my granddaughter split the potato, then we had to get her something to eat after we left. Very disappointing for $150 meal

  Birthday dinner party of 7! Filled out all the requirements on the reservations, yet still had no idea about the birthday reservation, we were told at the hostess desk that reservations online never truly make it to them the time does but not occasion BUT our waitress ( had a few drinks so excuse me) Veronica or Victoria was the star of our dinner! She was great, refilling drinks, checking on us just an absolute powerhouse. Food was tasty!

  Wanted a special meal for our last night in Orlando so chose Planet Hollywood. Ambience was great but food and service was not great, we were sat beside a pillar, to them have another couple sat next to us when there were a lots of spaces, it felt like they were sat with us! I asked to be moved to which the server was great and placed us on a lovely table. Food arrived and it was mediocre, steak was like boot leather and the veg and wedges were barely cooked - A real disappointment for a lot of money!!

  Unfortunately from the minute we got there it was a disappointment. We had made reservations for 7:00pm when we arrived they made us wait in this long line that lead out the door. When I asked if I had to wait in line even though I had reservations the person said yes. When we finally made it to the hostesses she checked us in but said that they were running behind so it would be another 20-25 minutes. We waited another hour not 20-25 minutes. Finally we I got the text that my table was ready we went up the stairs where another hostess greeted us I told her my table was ready and gave her my name. She said ok your table is almost ready wait to to the side. We must have waited another 10 minutes when we were finally seated. It was 8:30pm and hour and a half from when I had my reservations. I’m a very patient guy and understand that things happen, you’re short staffed or just too darn busy. But to wait another hour and a half after my booked reservations was just too extreme. It ruined our birthday celebration from the beginning honestly. Our server was very nice and attentive the only bad thing she did was charge one of our guests for some extra shrimp that one of our other guests should have been charged but that was no big deal we were able to resolve that on our own. The food was ok. My fiancés fries came out cold and stale. My burger was over cooked. He nachos were very big and were delicious. The ambiance is the best part of the whole thing. Was not impressed and unfortunately a bad experience celebrating our birthday.

  Christine's bait and switch tactics took away what would have been a great service experience. My teenager ordered pasta and Christine asked if she wanted fries with it. The question was not, "would you like to ADD fries?". This would let me know I'd be paying extra. Christine asked if my daughter would like Strawberry Lemonade "which came with refills". I later noticed that the menu stated that Lemonade refills are $8 a pop. Again, no mention of any extra charge. The kid's meal includes a beverage and dessert. She tried to pawn a souvenir cup for my kid's unordered sprite on the bill. She just brought one and he doesn't even drink sprite. Come to think if it, he was never offered dessert. I am just realizing it as I am writing this review. She came with the total of the bill on the device expecting me to pay without reading the itemized receipt. I had to ask to see it. When I called her out on the kid's cup she stated that the kid's meal came with a beverage. I then told her that we never ordered it and would not pay for it. When it came time for our friends to pay she pulled the same maneuver of giving them the total without items being listed. They are visiting from another country and speak little English. When I asked her to show the itemized bill her reply was that she it was too late and it was on the payment screen. I told her that they had the right to see what they were paying for and she scrolled up and down the receipt really quick. The kicker is that there is an automatic 18% gratuity included. She's lucky it was added to the bill, because she would have gotten $0 besides me asking the Manager to explain why she was receiving no tip at all I come from 27 years of restaurant experience and would have never imagined trying to sell someone in the fashion that she chose. The food and ambiance are definitely worth the price.
