- GWGregory WarrenApr 5, 20263.0We were 18 guests at Easter brunch and excited to be at Four Seasons. It was a disappointing experience. The food was fairly good, but crab claw was awful, partially thawed and soggy and chewy. Service was mediocre. Had to ask them to clear the plates replace forks and refill water. This should not be at Four Seasons. I did express my disappointment to the food and beverage director. Something to keep in mind about Plancha experience.

Hats off to Chamei (Hope I wrote it correctly), Jacklyn and others who have served us. All of you have been excellent. We will keep returning. Oh, do yourself a favor and order the Champagne Upgrade. It is worth it
