ga’s Cantina has an incredible atmosphere and really does make you feel like you’ve stepped into the Star Wars universe. For any Star Wars fan, the theming and ambience are definitely the main draw, and that side of the experience was exceptional.
Unfortunately, the rest of the visit didn’t quite live up to that. Despite having a reservation, we still had to wait outside for quite a while before being allowed in. Once inside, we were told we would have to stand at the bar rather than being given seats. This was disappointing, especially as my daughter was too small to see over the bar properly once we were squeezed into a small gap, which took away from the experience for her.
The food was underwhelming and felt very expensive for what you got. The drinks were more interesting and fitted the theme well, but overall it felt like the experience relies heavily on the setting rather than the food or comfort.
I’m glad we tried it, and true Star Wars fans will probably still want to visit for the atmosphere alone. But with the crowding, limited seating, and high prices, I do think it could be a much better experience. Would I go back? Maybe — but mainly for the ambience rather than the overall value.

The best place at Hollywood Studios hands down and a bar to boot. I love the cocktails and the bartenders are great even though the food is nothing to write home about. It's hard to get a reservation, but when you do its a great time and I really appreciate how easy going everything there is. I love the atmosphere and the alien DJ. Awesome place!

We wish we had made reservations somewhere else. It’s too loud and crowded to relax. It’s kind of cool looking but didn’t make up for being squished in like sardines in a tiny booth with strangers. We had a reservation but had to wait an extra 20 min for a table. We were put at a standing area with table at our waist height at first and after an exhausting day (and a family member who just had knee replacement) there was no way we wanted to stand and eat. The food and drinks were very overpriced and just okay. There were not many options for kids. Overall we wish we ate somewhere more comfortable with better food.

This was an amazing experience that we honestly lucked out on. The idea of going to Oga's was a last minute decision and anyone that knows anything about this place, a last minute decision is pretty much the guarantee of not being able to get in. We must have hit the reservation request at the perfect time. Note: keep trying the reservation link on the app and you may get lucky.
After we checked in we were told to stand by for a few minutes and as expected someone came out and called out name. In perfect character the host told us the rules (no biting, kicking, spitting, etc.) as well as the 45 minute time limit for all guests. Once we were through the pleasantries we were ushered to our bar where we were given menus. Our "place" in the Cantina was at a stand up table where we could place our orders. There are numerous booths around the outer parameter of the bar but the bulk of the tables are the stand up type.
The menu is filled with drinks with and without alcohol. There are alot of fun drinks that come in a variety of flavors and very kid friendly. Food is pretty light as there were four (maybe five) options. I chose the Akivan tea, my son ordered the Blue Nantha and my wife ordered the Bloody Rancor with Candied Meat. We also ordered the cheese roll and the flatbread. Everything was really good and wow the Bloody Rancor had a spicey punch to it. We really enjoyed the drinks. My sons Blue Nantha came out with swirling bubble and was the favorite for kids. None of the drinks were over the top sweet and all were really refreshing. The food was good but we were starving and the amount of food was simply apps and not large enough for a meal.
Alot of fun, staff was great and as busy as it was the waiter took really good care of us. The DJ was probably the highlight of the experience.
