- SASony AbrahamDec 28, 20231.0Unable to rate higher due to poor experience. Organization needs work. Stopped by here with my sisters to have ice cream with a cappuccino and a latte. After waiting 15 minutes and seeing everyone else gone, we asked about the long wait. We were told the coffee was still in progress. One minute later, we received the coffees but the latte was cold. By then, the ice cream had melted so I just drank it. Advice to management: Don't lie when the order was obviously forgotten. Acknowledge the mistake and indicate it will be ready shortly or offer a refund.
