  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Cast Member Experience The Hall of Presidents: I want to give Michael his well deserved flowers. He clearly understood the assignment and executed at a high level showing up with nothing but knowledge, accuracy, and engaging historical insight. His professionalism, confidence, and command of information elevated the entire experience at the Hall of Presidents. This is what operational excellence and guest engagement are supposed to look like. Major appreciation to Michael and the Magic Kingdom team for the hard work and dedication. If Disney leadership is paying attention, this is the kind of performance that deserves recognition and reward. Well done.
