  Five stars across the board! The food was incredible, the service was seamless, and the atmosphere at the Grand Floridian Resort is unmatched. A perfect high-end experience with nothing but positives to report. Highly recommended.

  The service there was tremendous! The wait staff was really nice, and attentive. The bloody Mary is probably one of the worst I've ever had. The sausage seemed undercooked. The atmosphere is nice. We DID like how if you order coffee, they leave the carafe at the table. I had the seasonal pancakes (banana pudding) they had a nice flavor, and texture. We had a reservation, but still had to wait for 10+ minutes.

  Dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe was excellent. The Signature Burger was amazing with brie and a sweet pepper jelly on a brioche bun and they made our boy a special cake for his birthday, which was delicious. My youngest boy scored a fun Worms 'n' Dirt treat which consisted of gummy worms in chocolate pudding. The staff were great there as they were in the Polynesian Resort.

  Overall great experience, but it is a little bit of a hike to get there as we were directed to be parked across the street. So we had to walk all the way through the parking lot and to the side to be able to get to the hotel. The food was great, the service was too. It is always nice to walk around the hotel and the outdoor area as well.

  Nice and welcoming waitress but service here is a disaster. The food overall was average at best and nothing spectacular for brunch. The biscuit basket they serve was good. I wouldn't recommend the fried chicken and waffle as it was bland. The stuffed French toast is a sugar overload. These opinions are against popular feedback but just sharing our honest feedback. I wouldn't recommend these meals and won't come back here. The dining experience also took close to two hours. Service was very slow. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are expecting timely service.
