Wow, just wow- this place is the best kept secret on Disney property! Collin and Lyn were beyond courteous and helpful. The food was absolutely amazing and the service was impeccable- we will definitely be back.

Recently had several meals at Gasparilla Grill and were pleasantly surprised by how much it’s improved since our last stay. The food is quality was noticeably better this time around and there some great new options on the menu.
The tofu bowl was a standout. It felt like a genuinely healthy, well-balanced meal without being overly bland (which isn’t always easy to find at quick-service spots). The build-your-own açai bowl was another highlight. These were super customizable and perfect when wanting something lighter…especially in the Florida heat.
Beyond the food, the location is still a big win. It’s an easy, relaxed place to grab a quick bite, and as always, it’s one of our favorite spots to wind down in the evening. Watching the fireworks from there is such a nice bonus … not very crowded (especially compared to inside the parks) but still a great view and atmosphere with the music being played on the loud speakers.
Overall, it was a much better experience than before, and we hope it stays this way!

Mobile ordering is an abyssal joke! What a terrible waste of time and thoroughly dumb operation. The DW app promises a pick up window, and you’ll be downright idiotic to assume you could pick up your order then. Instead, you’ll wait 45 mins for the opportunity to alert the kitchen that you arrived so they could then ignite your order. 22 mins later, your food will be cold, soggy and ready for a 13 minute walk back to your room. 90 minutes into an outrageously infuriating dinner, you’ll wish you just walked up to the order line and placed an order like a regular guest. If you really want to be disappointed, have a cast member explain how mobile ordering works and the value it provides. Skip the mobile order racket and just my order your food from the line

This place is terrible. Worst than school cafeteria food. Do not waste your money. Burgers took one bite threw it away. Pizza for kids was like eating soggy bread with garlic powder.

We had heard great things about the mac and cheese here so we decided to try it out. We got the adult portion which comes with fries. The mac and cheese came in a cup with a lid, so the portion seemed a tad smaller than I was expecting, but when we ate it, it filled us up. It was quite saucy! It was pretty good. The fries were good as well. We also ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread because the picture looked good. Just skip this, we wish we wouldn’t have ordered it. We had to wait an extra 10 minutes for it to cook. When it came out it just looked sad. Came with about 5 small bite size buffalo chicken pieces that were definitely microwaved because they were rubbery, some bleu cheese chunks, not enough cheese, and a soggy dough/crust. We didn’t even want to finish it and it was pricey! They had many other options here to order as well as grab and go. The create your own salad looked interesting. They also have a coke freestyle machine here which means if you have your resort refillable mug, you can get refills here and have a lot of options which is great. You can also purchase a refillable mug here as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is shaded in the afternoon. Otherwise they have umbrellas at the tables, and you get a view of the lagoon and Cinderella castle!
