Our time window was 3:10 - 3:20 pm and at 3:05 the app gave me the option to start preparing. 3:10 it was already ready to pick up. It was very quick! Everything was pretty good! Good size as well, even those being sandwiches. I recommend it! We spent ~ 30 USD, 2 sandwiches and 1 soda.
