Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The food flavors were overwhelmingly strong and unappealing to our family. Many dishes had heavy curry or sweet, unusual seasonings, including the chicken and even the plain white rice, which tasted strongly of vinegar. The desserts all contained unexpected fruit flavors, and there were virtually no simple or neutral options available for guests who do not enjoy these flavor profiles. Even the cornbread cakes had strong, unfamiliar seasoning. We left the meal feeling nauseous and uncomfortable, and the only item we were able to enjoy was the salad bar with ranch dressing. In addition to the food, the overall dining experience was chaotic and unpleasant. Guests were crowding and competing aggressively for food, which made the buffet stressful rather than enjoyable. We were seated for over an hour yet only met two of the four advertised characters, which was very disappointing given the price and expectations of a character dining experience. Compounding this, we arrived during heavy rain and were soaked while rushing to the reservation. The hostess outside and the hostess inside were both unfriendly and dismissive. We were spoken to rudely while being directed where to place our soaked stroller, at a time when we were simply trying to get out of the rain and settle our family. This experience did not meet the standard of quality, hospitality, or value we expect from Disney dining. I wanted to bring this to your attention and would appreciate your review of this experience.

Charged us for our kids under 3. Had no idea kids ate for free and our kids are 1 and 2. $50/per kid is insane for the buffet.

This is a character brunch and the kids loved that part of it. The characters spent time taking pics and signing autographs. Way overpriced for buffet food. Large selection but food was just ok and not worth the price paid.

We didn’t like our server, Sue. She was the only server we met during our Disney trip who was not friendly. She kept a poker face almost the entire time and was noticeably more enthusiastic with other tables. I’d say she ruined my day, and honestly, I didn’t even feel like tipping her.

Like any other Disney thing, for what you pay the quality is extremely lacking. Tables and chairs are extremely close together so children will bump the back of your chair when they get up and you won't be able to hear the rest of your party over the person behind you. They apparently converted this into a buffet for COVID so service is automatically one star because they're doing less work. I have dietary restrictions and my conversation with the Chef led me to believe that they were going to make something unique which I've heard that they do. I did not ask for that, the chef took the conversation in that way. We spoke about spicy levels and preferences but when the dish came it was just the buffet offerings. Now I know to put Chef in quotes. To be clear she was nice and competent, but for the money they're asking I could have gone to downtown orlando and had a better time. I also was reminded multiple times that they cook far more food than they need and throw it away at the end of the night every night. No take-home/doggy bag options and you are going to waste food? Incredibly unethical for the most magical place on Earth. Trash-tier behavior.
