Extremely rude front desk staff. This is our third encounter we’ve had with them being stone cold and bitchy. We love going to TS and know the rules and wait time system but it’s hard to keep wanting to return when the CM’s doing reservations are so unwelcoming.

Expectations were high so it was a bit disappointing. The one in Disneyland is much better. This location seemed like they just set it up in a spare broom closet and make you wait 3 hours for a seat. Fyi. You might have to sit with strangers. We decided to sit outside with no wait. The drinks were very small and all seemed to have a passion fruit base, so they all tasted the same. Not so good. Our server was very friendly and helpful. The hotel and Polynesian theme was fun. Miss the Safari Swizzle.

This place is a must when you visit Disney! They don’t take reservations, so you will have to wait/ show up a decent amount of time before they open if you want to drink before heading into MK (which is what we did). The interior is small, but very interactive. The decor is impressive and the cast members do an amazing job. The drinks were good, and the food wasn’t bad- nothing special to point out. We’ll definitely stop in next time we come to Disney!

Great experience but they have to reimagine their reservation system. Most the time it can but yo to 3 hours before you get in and so most people head off and wait for their text. The catch is , you only have 15 mins to get back . We were 18 mins and they gave our table away and made us wait. With a long wait time like that you should be providing some flexibility. Due to that and our experience, I’m have to give 3 stars.

As a Disney Local and AP holder and lover of Tiki. Trader Sam's is a must due experience. The photos I added are from 3 different trips. The zombie is a must, but be careful you will feel like a zombie after. The Krakatoa (red mug) is amazing and comes with a light up ice cube. Yesterday on a solo trip I got the Nautili's normally a 2 person drink but can get solo. Another amazing and tasty drink, but be carful you might sink your battle ship if you drink to fast.
