We were here for our son‘s fifth birthday. Ordered a cake for which they charge $45, and they brought it without a candle, and never even cared to apologize that they didn’t have one. When we told the manager, he also couldn’t have carried less. I guess because it’s Disney, they get away with murder and don’t really care about hospitality. Such a shame.

I was skeptical considering this restaurant used to have a very poor reputation, however I was pleasantly surprised. We were able to see the parade from our outdoor seating area. The atrium is also very beautiful. The food is a step above Olive Garden so very serviceable but you’re obviously not going to get an authentic Italian food experience. The garlic bread is a must-do!

I think if would be very safe to say that historically, this Italian restaurant on Disney property was one to be avoided at all cost. I say this not only based on a long running history of bad reviews but my past personal experiences as well. I have not been back to Tony’s for over 20 years, back in the days of just overcooked bland and tasteless pasta dishes. However, let’s give credit to where credit is due. A few years back, I had heard and seen that Tony’s underwent a major revamp on the culinary side. Needless to say, I still avoided it like the plague and this is such a shame given it’s prime location within MK. I am extremely happy to report that I would now consider Tony’s a prime contender for your dining dollars while at MK. For the first time in over 20 years, I dined at Tony’s over the recent Valentine’s/President’s Day Holiday Weekend. And not just once but twice. The reason being is that the one thing that remains mostly true about Disney Dining is that they are very consistent with being INCONSISTENT. If you know, you know. I am happy to say that Tony’s truly delivered a wonderful dining experience on both occasions. My party tried the Chicken Parmesan and Pasta Alfredo choices and let me just say “WOW”! What a difference when compared to the past. The Chicken Parm came with a very nice sized chicken breast, lightly breaded , and cooked to perfection. The chicken was super moist, and as an Italian, I am proud to say the pasta was cooked a perfect “al dente”!! The biggest sin is over-cooked pasta at any Italian restaurant and Tony’s passed this test, not once, but twice!! Bravo to the culinary team. 🇮🇹. In addition, the pasta served with both meals was finished in the sauce and not just served as plain lukewarm overcooked pasta with the sauce appearing as if it was poured over the top straight from the can just prior to serving. They even went the extra mile by topping the entree with fresh basil leaves. C’mon!!! Bravo. The same can be said for the Pasta Alfredo offering which can be topped with your choice of protein, either chicken or shrimp. Again the pasta was perfectly cooked and finished in the Alfredo sauce which actually did not separate into an oily mess as you watched like in the past. The highlighted appetizer of garlic bread is also a must do. Perfectly toasted ciabatta bread slices loaded with garlic butter and served stacked high. Easily enough for 4 people and they are not afraid of loading on the garlic! Loved it. I cannot say enough about the revamp Tony’s has undergone and I would happily recommend giving it a try for lunch or dinner on your next trip to MK. The service was stellar as well. Enjoy!! Arrivederci!

We had a good meal here. It’s a little tight and loud inside (we like Tutto Italia for a more laid back vibe), but other than that no complaints.
Caesar salad and cheese sticks for apps were good. Added the garlic bread to eat with out entrees which we enjoyed. I had the vodka sauce pasta and added chicken and I was impressed. Others had the chicken parm and enjoyed it.
Easy location when entering magic kingdom. Had to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t anything horrible. We checked in 15/20 minutes before our reservation and waited about 20 minutes after to get seated.
We prefer tutto italia, but would surely come back here. Our table had a great view of town square which we loved.

This place is desperately in need of a chef.
So much All the food from beginning to end was simply like banquet, food or something you get on a buffet.
The service was absolutely nice, and the atmosphere is fair, but this restaurant, and most of Disney world, Is in need of a much better culinary experience. I realize they're trying to feed thousands and thousands of people, but maybe they didn't oversell the park so much, with every single place completely packed, every second of every day, Disney might be able to deliver a better food experience.
The food was simply crappy.
