  We had an absolutely amazing experience at Three Bridges Bar and Grill at Villa del Lago during our stay at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. The location alone makes it special — right in the middle of the water, with beautiful views all around. It truly feels like such a unique dining experience, especially in the evening. The atmosphere is relaxed but still feels elevated. Every single staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The service was consistently excellent. The food was superb — so good that we ended up eating there for dinner every single day! My husband’s favorite was the poke bowl. It was incredibly fresh and packed with flavor. My personal favorite was the steak frites. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor, and the seasoning on the fries was absolutely perfect. I ordered mine without the chimichurri (just personal preference), and it was still outstanding. Highly, highly recommend. We will absolutely return next time we stay at Coronado Springs!

  Absolutely loved this place! The 360-degree water views from every table are incredible—it really makes the experience special. The food was excellent, the service was quick, and you can tell the chef takes pride in their work. Can’t wait to come back!

  Got the signature burger, received medium-to-rare… wasn’t even asked about preferences. Also the caramelized onions were too sweet, like I drank the caramel syrup. If the burger meat is medium-to-well and onions in it are less sweet, I might enjoy it. Tostones - ohh that was as hard as brick lol I decided to eat just what on top of it, that was good. Atmosphere is nice though! Really cool view!

  Food was good but very expensive for what you get. Main reason for my low score was our waiter who was extremely rude. I have an allergen and didn’t realize it may be present until after the dish was ordered and when my partner and I asked our waiter he mocked me for not asking when I ordered which was very rude. Then every time he returned to the table he made a rude comment about the ingredient I was concerned about including making fun of me for “picking it all off”. For the price we paid you’d think the servers would at least be respectful. It appears others have also had issues with staff so it might be a common issue there. I would not recommend this restaurant and if you’re staying in Disney there are plenty of other options that are probably better.

  My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Three Bridges during our stay at Coronado Springs Resort, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The cuisine was beautifully prepared, fresh, and full of flavor. Our server, Panda, provided impeccable service—gracious, professional, and attentive without being intrusive. The ambiance was equally impressive, featuring stunning views and elegant outdoor heaters that created a warm and inviting atmosphere despite the cool weather. Three Bridges is a standout dining experience, and we look forward to returning on our next stay at Coronado Springs Resort.
