We came here for my daughters birthday, since she loves prime rib. All three of us ordered the same, and left disappointed and hungry. My daughters cut was a tough and thin slice of gray meat. She will eat an entire 10 oz prime rib from millers ale house. She took one bite and refused to eat the rest of her meal at the Turf Club. She didnt even want desert. On her birthday. My cut was hardly edible, as it was mostly fat. Half of the cut was, without exaggeration, a large gelatinous slab of solid white fat.The sides were no better. The baked potato was undercooked and hard, the vegetables were some unidentifiable cubed roots which tasted like dirt. My drink was so sweet that I actually became nauseaus during the meal. The waitress was too busy interrogating me about whether i wanted to take the leftovers home to notice that the rest of my party needed drink refills. She asked me if i needed a box only 10 minutes in, when she noticed i wasnt eating. She did not ask if the food was ok or if i needed anything else. She rushed us through dinner service and became rude when we declined desert. The service and the food were certainly not to the standard of past experiences dining at disney. Everyone in my party looked miserable by the end of the service. My daughter was disappointed on her birthday. We wont be back and ecourage others to celebrate their special occassions elsewhere.
Edit to add that two in our party became sick after eating here.

We originally had reservations at another restaurant, but after a long day we didn’t feel like walking back to Disney Springs. We decided to try The Turf Club Lounge, especially since friends who frequently stay at Saratoga Springs recommended it—and I’m glad we listened!
The food was excellent, the service was great, and the atmosphere really surprised me. It felt like dining in a classic supper club rather than just another Disney restaurant. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would definitely come back in the future.
Service was great, environment was decent, and they had a solid old fashioned. If you want a steak that's equivalent to dog food, this is the place. Just go to Disney Springs.
I’ve been here a handful of times before and it’s never been great, but far from bad.
However this time was a completely different experience. We were sat 15 minutes after our reserved time, which isn’t the worst thing in the world, but annoying nonetheless.
Once seated, it took about 10 minutes to be acknowledged by a server. After placing our orders, bread took another 10 minutes to get to the table.
When it came to our entrees, the fried chicken was absolutely burnt. Zero clue how that dish went past the eyes of the cook, expo and food runner. Didn’t even bother having it remade because that’s how big my concerns were with the kitchen after seeing their first attempt at fried chicken.
I will not be returning.
Best prime rib on property and I’ll die on that hill.
