- SCSusan CarrAug 30, 20253.0We rarely have a mediocre experience when dining at Disney, but this one is added to the list. The service is exceptional, kind and attentive cast members all around. The ambiance is very nice, as we think the "dated" look and decor add some authenticity to the theme. But the noise level was very annoying, lots of unhappy kids, tired and frustrated parents, and it was hard to carry on a conversation and enjoy our dinner because it was so overwhelmingly loud. The quality and taste of the food did not help improve on the evening. Every dish was overly-salted, to the point where other flavors were drowned out. One of the dishes we had was the sautéed shrimp appetizer, which contained sun-dried tomatoes, adding to the salt level, and making it almost inedible. The wedge salad was okay, nothing to rave about. The burger and fries could have been featured on a menu at a chain restaurant. Overall, not a great experience and disappointed in the food.
