Leader Krystle went through every hoop to blame me for the illness and took no accountability. After checking temperature records she concluded that it was impossible for me to have gotten food poisoning from the restaurant. She also stated that food poisoning happens much faster than 3 hours so that couldn't be what happened. Food poisoning can take any where from minutes to days depending on the pathogen. It's alarming that Disney has someone with so little knowledge of food safety leading others. Food poisoning literally kills people. I was just lucky. I would never eat here again and it's a shame because the meal was delicious at first.

They cleaned everything up quickly and without making me feel awkward, and then surprised me by bringing out a fresh, hot replacement dish to my table at no charge. ... A special shout-out to Taylor and her crew. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for customers truly stood out. They handled the situation with such grace that it turned an embarrassing moment into a reminder of what exceptional service and kindness looks like. Highly recommend this place—not just for the good food, but for the amazing team that makes every visit feel welcoming!
