The place is nice, but during the holidays they only have the s'mores with mint chocolate (🤢).

I visited this chocolate shop with my husband because they’re known for their s’mores. So I was excited to try one. Right away, we noticed their ordering system was a little disorganized. My husband pointed out how strange it was that they write every person’s name on a single piece of paper, no order details, nothing, and then just yell out names from inside the store.
When I gave the cashier my name, he asked the woman writing the names, “There’s already a on the list, right?” She said yes, but no one clarified anything, so I assumed it would be fine.
I waited about 20 minutes outside, standing right next to the door so I could hear when they called my name. They were shouting names from deep inside the store, and at one point an employee had to walk outside because the customers couldn’t hear them. That alone shows how poorly the system is set up.
Then I saw a woman walk out saying, “They gave me a free s’more,” which was strange, but eventually it made sense.
After waiting nearly 25 minutes, my husband went inside to check on our order. That’s when they told us they had already given our s’more to someone else because “we didn’t respond.” Obviously we did respond, we waited right outside but because someone else on the list had the same name as me, they mixed us up. Most likely, the other person said they didn’t order an extra s’more, and the shop just gave mine away for free.
So we paid $10, waited half an hour for a s’more which they messed up. The customer service was rude and unhelpful, and the whole system is honestly a mess. Writing names on paper with no order details, screaming them out from inside the store, and hoping customers hear them is not acceptable for the price they charge.
Overall, I would not recommend this place at all, overpriced, disorganized, and poor customer service. Definitely not worth the frustration or the money.

We really enjoyed the chocolate we got from the Ganachery! Stumbled upon this looking for a sweet treat in Disney springs and so glad we did! The staff was so friendly. We tried four squares of chocolate and really enjoyed them all!

The store looks so inviting! Got a box of 9 for $22. The box of 16 is $38. A single piece is $3. The presentation is fantastic! The taste is good.

Super disappointed. This is my second time here the s’mores was a highlight of my trip my first time at Disney Springs. Come to find out after waiting 30 minutes in line that there was only a choice of a peppermint s’mores you can’t choose their original with a classic graham cracker, chocolate and marshmallow.. it’s so overpowering with the chocolate peppermint bark, and they even changed the graham cracker to a chocolate flavor? It does not taste like a s’mores at all. I don’t think everything needs to be Christmas themed. it literally taste like marshmallows and Listerine.
