I usually eat at the Liberty Tree Tavern next door, but they were all booked so I tried the Diamond Horseshoe. The place is basically just one wide open room and when I was there by myself, they sat me at a table for 5 in the middle of the room, which just felt uncomfortable. Kinda like the kid who sits alone in the cafeteria at school because they have no friends. The food and staff are great, but I will go back to the Liberty Tree Tavern for a much more cozy feel (and its the exact same food)

The dessert alone gives this place 5 stars. Please don't ever change it.

The Diamond Horseshoe restaurant is a visit back to the Old West. You’re dining near a stage with a player piano in a Music Hall located in Frontierland, and the meal here could be something served back in the olden days during the holidays. This is indeed a grand feast. 🐴 You’ll start with a salad, moving to the main meal of pot roast, smoked pork loin, and roasted turkey. Your sides are seasonal vegetables, mashed potatoes, stuffing, and home-made macaroni & cheese. This is like a buffet, except your server will bring the all-you-care-to-enjoy food to your table. My friends rave about their salad and mac&cheese. I enjoy the meats with the stuffing, which sort of tastes and feels like Thanksgiving dinner. They have other options, like a plant based meatloaf, but personally, I’ve never liked any of that. 🐴 Let’s get to my very favorite part of the meal. Dessert. You’re going to get a frying pan size helping of Oooey Gooey Toffee Cake, which is vanilla toffee cake, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate sauce. Holy moly, you won’t believe how good this tastes. It’s the best dessert anywhere on Disney property, IMO. Pro Tip: order dessert first. It’s AYCE, so first or last, you’re paying for it. Ask for dessert first and also at the end. 🐴 $45 per adult, $24 per child (Disney counts anyone ages 3-9 as a child.) and then add tax and tip. This costs less than other Disney AYCE style meals, although an entry ticket to Magic Kingdom is required. And obviously, you have to spend part of your theme park ride-riding time in a restaurant. Bathroom score: 🌟🌟 Because this building was built as “The Diamond Horseshoe Review,” a song and dance show on that aforementioned stage, there is no bathroom inside the restaurant. You walk outside to the public restroom. It’s not a far walk, but people act like animals in restrooms these days. Our wait staff has always been outstanding here- top of their game. 🐴You’ll really enjoy your meal here. Dessert first- thank me later.

It was a great experience and atmosphere with a 3 course meal that is almost like Thanksgiving each and every time! Also want to appreciate our server Daniel who did a great job and i would recommend him highly! In my opinion it’s one of the best meals in the park and you get your moneys worth. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!
