I’ve been here many times as a Florida local and usually it’s fine, but today was genuinely frustrating. First, while I was trying to order just three items, the staff walked away from me three separate times in the middle of my order without saying anything. One of the items I ordered, the Vodka Blueberry Lemonade that costs $16.50, was served in an 8 ounce cup completely filled with ice. There was maybe three to four ounces of actual drink. When I went back to politely ask if they could remake it, the person who handed it to me said “unfortunately no” and immediately walked away out of sight before I could even respond. The food itself wasn’t the issue, but the service was disrespectful and dismissive, which is especially surprising for a Disney location. After this experience I won’t be returning to this stand, which is disappointing because I visit Disney Springs often.
