Had reservations and was bringing toddler in with stroller when they stopped us and said we must leave the stroller outside in stroller parking . I said it will rain and also pointed out multiple people inside with their babies and toddlers in their stroller literally in front of me . Host made some stupid excuse saying they were special needs or sleeping. I then parked the stroller in the rain. After seeing about 15 more kids being strolled in I had enough and asked to speak to a manager and pointed this double standard out . He made the same excuse saying they have to let sleeping babies or special needs strollers in but I could bring in the stroller if it was folded . I then said so you’re saying these other families can let their kids who are clearly not sleeping stay in strollers but I can’t . Again they made some stupid excuse . The one thing I noticed is that all the other families allowed with strollers were Hispanic as well ans the workers and we were white. Coincidence I think not . Unprofessional and discriminative establishment .

We called and were told it was a two and a half hour wait. We were so sad because this is a highlight.Every time we come to disney and of course.I forgot to make the reservation this time. And we really wanted to bring our twins here for the very first time as one of them is an incredibly huge dino fan. So we decided to just wing it and go to the springs and just hang out and get snacks. As we are passing, I decided to just go up and check to see how long the wait was for a family of seven, and surprisingly she said, come on in im ready for you. We were so shocked, we got seated at a great table and of course all my kids had to get the trex cup which I have to admit, was incredibly worth it, especially because they could wear it and I did not have to hold it and it was very useful the next couple of days! The food was absolutely delicious, and our waiter was seriously the best! My twins were in awe the entire time and we, of course, had to walk around a few times to check everything out. I highly recommend you to check this out at least once if you've never been here!

The atmosphere is AMAZING !! Very cool decoration and once in a while the lighting changes. The service was great and efficient. Food was quick although I would recommend you make a reservation if not it might take hours. My little brother ordered tricera-sticks and it didn’t come on sticks? Not that it’s that big of a deal but just incase you have a picky child. Me and 3 other family members ordered the ceaser salad and the protein was great on all of them but there was definitely too much sauce. The taste was overpowering and none of us were able to finish. In conclusion, service and atmosphere is great but make sure to order light sauce on the salad.

T-Rex Cafe is one of my family’s favorite places to eat at Disney Springs. The Landrys rewards program is amazing, we are able to get to the top of the waitlist which is a HUGE perk! The atmosphere is really cool especially if you have kids, but is still enjoyable for adults too. The staff is always friendly and service was efficient. The food is delicious with many menu options. The kids menu has a lot of options for littles too. I enjoyed the chicken sandwich, but definitely miss the mushroom ravioli. (please bring back to the menu!) My family visited on Tuesday 12/30 and would like to praise our server Dustin for great service. It was super busy but he was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick! He offered drink recommendations and was able to accommodate our requests. Thank you, Dustin!

Please note FIRST time here. We came here primarily for our son as he loves dinosaurs. A lot has to be said here about this. See below: Portions: Don't get it twisted, the portions are on the larger side of things. Which is a good thing. Food: So, I wasn't a fan of my chicken (i believe it was roasted, lacked seasoning and wasn't juicy as I am used too). Wife liked her salmon. The Dip (chips and dip) however, was on POINT. Well worth it. My son and daughter, lol, well lets just say the scenery was far more appealing and trying to get them to eat was hella fun lol. 5yo and 3yo. Atmosphere: This is extremely unique. I liked it come to think of it. The lighting, sounds, the fish, the whole thing. Even the bar stood out. It can get VERY busy here. But don't let that sway you. Drinks: No complaints here. Also the glass if you get the T-Rex one is of nice quality and take home. There is also the plastic lighting one which you can take the battery and turn off from the bottom. This you can take home too. Looks pretty neat I might add. Go to the gift shop near the entrance/exit to the side to claim it with your receipt. The WAIT: Oh boy. The wait for us was 90 minutes. Fun times. You can sit and do pokemonGo for about 30-45 minutes (if u raid), or go to the nearby shops. They do have shaded sitting where the trees are. There are menus on some pillars you can look at to make ordering way faster. Photographer: The lady was genuinely nice and sweet. We didn't accept the offer as it's $20 or $30/ea for photo (can't remember which either way too expensive imho). Being local and completely transparent I couldn't justify that for a single photo. However, if I had my whole extended family here from EU, UK, Germany, and MI I would of jumped on it. Just us.... no, couldn't see the value in it. The SERVICE: THIS is why I am here writing THIS review. The service was on POINT folks. If you are fortunate enough to get Jacqueline know you are in good hands. This woman, was on top of her game and I haven't had that type of service since I left Ruth Christ Steakhouse in Atlanta Georgia pre-covid. Never once had I asked for a refill. Never had I asked for to-go boxes, she asked if everything was ok just as we started eating, and didn't nag us throughout the meal. Seriously. This era post covid service usually SUCKS horribly to no end. Everything from professional to most restaurants, the food, the sauces or lack there of might I add. I was shocked. Even the local Season's 52, Ruth Christ in Orlando (not the I-Drive one), Flemming's in Winter Park have all LOST their touch. I'm rather laid back and not picky for that matter. It's insane a bloody Theme Park or kinda one woke Disney is actually better than that of those I mentioned above. While I wasn't a fan of the food myself, I came for the kids. I had a LOW expectation, but came out impressed. So much so I wouldn't object to returning if the kids wanted too. That says a LOT coming from me whom cooks, and is PICKY where I eat at. Usually Fast food is Chick Fil-A and possibly Chipotle only. Otherwise its finer dining. Jacqueline where ever you are, you made T-Rex stand out from a LOT of restaurants that are far more costly and you set a bar I am hoping your other staff co-workers can keep up with. And for that reason I called your manager and expressed this as well. Until next time RAAAAAARRRRR (from my son Tommy IV). Sorry for not having photos as I didn't intend nor think I was going to leave a review as this came completely as an unexpected experience worth reviewing. **** NOTICE ***** I was not paid for this review and do not accept monetary gains for reviews, nor merchandise, nor discounts for reviews. All reviews are authentic and unique to me and my family's experience. Also I am writing this review 12 days LATER after eating there. That's how good the service was from her. It left an impression.
