  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service from Cole at the T-Rex Restaurant! My family and I had such a wonderful experience at the T-Rex restaurant in Disney Springs, and a huge part of that was thanks to our server, Cole. He went above and beyond to help my daughter, who has a sensory issue with spaghetti. Cole was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding, and he took the time to make sure she got a meal that felt comfortable and enjoyable for her. It may seem like a small thing, but his thoughtfulness made a big difference for us. Dining out with sensory challenges can be stressful, but Cole made it feel easy and supported. I truly appreciated the care he showed our family. If you’re visiting T-Rex, you’ll be lucky if you get Cole—he made our visit extra special! 🌟🦖💚 ---

  Amazing, kind-hearted service. Last night, my son and his friend ate at T-rex using a gift card I gave them, but didn't leave a great tip. Thankfully, I found out before we left Disney Springs and ran over to the restaurant. Mentioning my embarrassment over the kids' poor budgeting and judgment, I found a manager to help. The boys remembered all the details about their server, and we were able to find her quickly. When I met her, Isa was so kind and understanding, and said that she wasn't expecting much since they were kids, and mentioned they were kind and respectful throughout dinner. No matter the situation, she still gave them the best service. The boys said she "hooked it up with extra cherries." I handed her what was nearly a 50% gratuity. I told her I was a server in my early adulthood, my mother was a server, and I grew up in restaurants, and that I knew that every table, every check, every tip counted. She was moved and thankful that I came back and that it was unexpected. But I wanted to thank her for still being kind and an excellent server, even when her expectations were low. The boys learned a lesson last night that dining in restaurants is a privilege and not to do so unless they can pay for everything, especially the gratuity. I'm just thankful that I was able to return their excellent server's kindness in time.

  Had reservations for 1p but my son asked to eat early and they graciously allowed us in at 1130a. We were seated immediately in a handicap accessible table for the stroller we use as a wheelchair for him. Our waitress, Monica, was fantastic! She was genuinely friendly, personable, attentive, and timely. She included my young son in conversation as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our conversation and wish she came with the experience each time we dine here in the future! Food was fantastic - best meal of the trip. We came for the atmosphere/ theming (our 4th time) but the food really stood out this time. I enjoyed the special hot honey salmon and my husband enjoyed his smoothie.

  Outstanding Service from Jey! Our recent visit to T-Rex Café in Orlando was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing server, Jey. From the moment we were seated, Jey made us feel welcome and taken care of. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and patient—especially with our group, which included an excited 3 year old who couldn’t stop talking about the dinosaurs! Jey went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, offering great menu recommendations and making sure our food came out just right. He kept our drinks filled, checked in at just the right times, and managed to make us laugh along the way. It’s rare to find a server who combines professionalism, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm like that. If you’re visiting T-Rex Café, definitely ask for Jey—you’ll be in great hands. Their excellent service truly elevated our meal and made our time at this fun, prehistoric restaurant even more enjoyable.

  Our recent visit to T-Rex Cafe was truly memorable, and much of that is thanks to our outstanding waiter, Aaron. From the moment we arrived, Aaron greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. His attention to detail was impeccable—he answered all our questions about the menu, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured our orders were accurately taken and delivered promptly. Aaron consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, but did so in a manner that never felt intrusive. What sets Aaron apart is his enthusiastic attitude and genuine care for guests. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and went above and beyond to accommodate dietary preferences and special requests. His professionalism and friendly demeanor greatly enhanced our dining experience, making it feel personalized and special. Alongside the fantastic service, the food at T-Rex Cafe was absolutely delicious. Each dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The appetizers set the tone perfectly for an enjoyable meal, and the entrees were both generous in portion and expertly prepared. Favorites included the savory barbecue ribs, the perfectly seasoned pasta, and the decadent desserts that provided a sweet finish to our meal.
