BUT I have yet to be able to indulge! Twice before, I arrived early and waited for them to open at 11am. It never opened, so I left. Second time, I waited well past 11:30-12pm and still had not opened. I asked Disney Team members. They didn't know when it opened, but guessed at 11am. I went again (third attempt) in 9/2025. I hear a group join me in line. I hear them say, "the machine is down again". They left. I take my chances to stay. Finally my turn. I placed my order (Pineapple Dole Whip) and was told the machine is down. Sounds like this is a reoccuring problem. Not to mention, they claim to open at 11am and yet they aren't open at 11am. Also with Rainforest Cafe so close, it is hard to hear the employee talk. Even the employee was aggregated. Don't bother wasting time, energy, money at this place. Cannot be trusted.
