Booked this based off of reviews. What a huge disappointment!! Our waitress was inattentive and she rushed us. She barely explained anything to us. We were sat in a corner and could not see anything. Snow White skipped our table and we said something to our waitress, who dismissed us. The food was just ok. Definitely would not recommend. The only positive that comes to mind was how beautiful the costumes were.

What an expensive disappointment. The night begins with three small appetizers per table. One appetizer is a soup for each person, the soup is the size of your thumb and has around two tablespoons of soup in a minuscule bowl. The second is shrimp cocktail, specifically one shrimp per person. The third appetizer is one small turkey meatball per person, about the size of your pinky. Soft drinks are complimentary, but refills are not. Entrees follow. Please do not ask the waitress/waiter questions about the entrees, the recommendation will be ‘order the prime rib or pork.’ That’s it, no other information will be provided. You will then be greeted with three small desserts. Again, one tiny fingerprint of a dessert per person. But don’t worry, the world’s smallest chocolate heart will be served to you like a diamond.
We came here for the characters. Too bad the person that ushers you through the evil queen picture is constantly yelling at you to stand in a straight line and the photographer never even tells you when they’re taking a picture. I couldn’t tell you much about our server, the only time she smiled is when she handed us the bill.
My favorite part of the evening would have to be the table location. We sat next to a wall, with the other side of the wall housing the dirty dish cart that banged and clanked all night long, just music to our ears. We couldn't see anything past the beautiful white fence of a wall and missed the three second ‘silly song’ that occurred on the other side of the restaurant. We LOVE character dining and cannot wait to return to our favorite dining experiences and never visit this one again. Please stick to cape may and topolino terrace, steer clear of Artist Point, it’s a rotten apple.

The character interactions are enjoyable, with the Evil Queen at the end of the meal being the clear highlight. Beyond that, the service is just okay and the food is below average.
Overall, the experience wasn’t great, so unless character dining with Snow White is a must-do for you, I’d skip it.

We have done almost all the character dining and I will say as far as the character aspect of it was awesome. Lots of FaceTime with the characters and they were good at being in character. However, the food was so freaking nasty. My entire family got sick afterwards and my youngest was throwing up all night. I can’t think of what they ate that I didn’t but all 3 of them had belly aches the rest of the night. My husband got prime rib and it was 98% fat and tasted so nasty. I tried to trade him for some of my chicken but I couldn’t even get a bite of it down. Same with my youngest she spit it out. The kids meals weren’t good either. The broccoli was practically raw and tasted nasty when both my girls love broccoli usually. The Mac n cheese was ok. The grilled chicken was tasteless and looked fake. The desserts were okay but in comparison to the rest of the meal they were way better than anything else served. You have to have an invite to see the queen and the server is supposed to bring it to you. We had paid and everything and we were never brought an invite. We ended up having to wait for the server to come back over to us and request an invite. I wouldn’t recommend at all which was very disappointing.
