Visited in December of 2025. The food was better than expected as my expectations for theme park sushi were not very high. You won't be blown away if comparing to your favorite go-to big city sushi spot, however the food was solid. Fish was all fresh and a large variety was available. We ordered the sushi bridge and a variety of appetizers/ala carte sashimi. Cocktails and saki were also great.

We got food poisoning at this restaurant. Disney guest services gave me the run around across multiple departments and multiple calls as well as an invalid email to file a claim/refund with no success
