Most of the young staff behind the counter seemed so underprepared to take orders and scoop pre-prepared food it was fascinating. Each time I tried to order it was a sight to see how stumped they were over the most straightforward and simple request. The Positives: The beignets are good, a little on the heavier side. The chicken with mash potatoes and broccoli dinner entree punched above normal cafeteria fair. The Negatives: Breakfast was heavy, greasy, waffles were rock hard. The poboy was bad, way too much bread to toppings. Kids burger was bland, almost cold.
