I don’t understand the bad reviews for this place! For $50 a person, you get such a fun experience and lots of great food. My husband got the bbq plate and I got the plant-based plate, we really enjoyed both. Plant-based “meats” can be a little hit or miss, so I was pleasantly surprised for how good mine was. Our server Lucas, was fabulous and hooked us up with extra sides, desserts, and kept the food coming. I was a little worried about it being too much of a “kids” restaurant, but I really enjoyed the fun and whimsical atmosphere. If you are expecting a sophisticated 5-star dining experience, this is probably not the spot for you. However, if you like the fun and magic of Disney, and want the most bang for your buck for food, I definitely recommend this place!

This is such a fun restaurant! Theming is perfect and the cast members stay "in character" well. Booked a last minute reservation the night before for an early lunch. We were seated quickly and our little girl loved riding the play pony to the table. Our waiter Carlo was great, super friendly and engaging. Quickly brought our drinks and food. Checked on us often for refills. We ordered both the regular platter and plant based. Everyone enjoyed their food and is a good value for all you can eat. Cheddar biscuits, mac & cheese and mini desserts were a hit. I look forward to visiting again next time we're at hollywood studios.

We went to the Roundup Rodeo BBQ restaurant for our Honeymoon lunch! Our waitress was very nice! Always came by to check on us & was very helpful! The food was also very delicious! 😋 My husband & I are also big Toy Story fans so the restaurant had an amazing Toy Story experience! My favorite part was pretending to be Andy's toys & having to freeze when you hear his voice! ☺️

I give this an overall 2 based on the food being so below average, but if it was ranked on experience alone it would be a 5, making this review a little hard to leave but also a good way to decide if this is the restaurant for you. Our reservation was running 15min behind, no big deal. When we were called up, we were offered a pony to ride to the table and it was so cute! We got seated and our waiter was attentive and friendly. It was her birthday and he made sure to make a big deal of it, as Disney always does! The whole restaurants freezes when the theme music changes to hearing Andy coming in tot the room. By far the cutest experience. Then when Andy leaves everything returns to normal. Unfortunately that’s all the good I have to write. The food was absolutely terrible. Far worse than any quick service meal I’ve had on property. For the price, the portions were plenty, but the taste was just lacking in every single dish. The only yummy part was the freebie at the end, my daughter’s Forkie cupcake for her birthdays that they fairy dusted her with! If you’re just here for the experience and you’re ok with a school cafeteria lunch- this is for you! If you’re a foodie and need your food to be at least seasoned and not over cooked at the bare minimum, skip it!

This was by far my FAVORITE dining experience we had at WDW (and that includes eating at Cinderella’s Royal Table). The service we had by Hunter was superior to the service we received all week. Not only did he ensure we completely understood the menu and what we would be served (it was our first visit and we had a dining plan), but he constantly checked on drinks and made sure our kids had everything they could want. The food was amazing. My 4 year old single-handedly crushed an entire serving bowl of mac and cheese. Our party of 7 left completely satisfied. It was some of the best BBQ I had, with a great variety! Also, those biscuits and watermelon salad were great. Such prompt and wonderful service. So glad we booked here!
