Service is polite and efficient and if you want to swap elements about they're really helpful. Everywhere is clean although if you go during quiet hours sometimes the beverage station can be hit and miss for coffee/hot chocolate. Atmosphere would have been a 5* if the water wheel had been going round 👍🏼
