Our waters were never empty, the food was delicious and fresh, and our server Fredel was friendly and professional. Thank you for the complimentary birthday dessert plate! We left this experience so taken away by the hospitality. I would love to celebrate very birthday here!

The time with characters was top notch. This was an exceptional character experience compared to other character breakfasts. Food was better...specifically the omelettes. The characters spend qualty time at each table, the photographers take pictures you get to keep and it's a much more relaxed experience than other character dining experiences. Shout out to Aidin, the photographer, who got one of the toddlers on our group to smile! Thank you!

The service has been superb each time. A huge thank you to Faith, who is one of the best servers / waitresses we have ever had anywhere. Will always come back to Ravello. They have gained a lifelong customer through being awesome every single time I visit. Pro tip: I’m sure the chocolate cake on the Ravello menu is good - but the in-room dining chocolate cake is incredible. You can always ask them for it instead of the on-menu cake.

The crust taste like a frozen pre-made one, literally no sauce on our pepperoni pizza, and the pepperoni itself was low grade and VERY salty. I would classify this pizza as worse than some high quality frozen pizzas. Very surprising to us as we believed this to be a high end place. The gluten free crust was mediocre also. We were under the impression they used brick oven from the video reviews we’ve seen from the past, but it appears they no longer use that either. We will not be returning.
