We’re fans of Four Seasons in Hampshire and wanted to see how the restaurant over here compared, we were absolutely blown away! Ravello was wonderful for dinner and Stephen was absolutely fantastic, a wonderful server and lovely person - thank you for making our trip!!

We had an amazing dinner at Ravello, mainly because of our server Sam. He chose most of our dishes and was an incredible host! 10/10 would come back again just to dine with him. The steak dish and bolognese were especially good.

This is my second time visiting Revello and I came back specifically for the pizza. It is true that fine dining is lacking and it was clear there was a disconnect depending upon how you are treated when checking in. There is a little discrimination and I was definitely not treated the same in regards to how I was greeted compared to the first time I came for my birthday on October 1. Gianna was a good waitress and clearly she was triple sat while still servicing all her tables. The kitchen was clearly not up to par like they were when I first came due to the quality of the pizza crust. I will say maybe because it was a Friday and the first time I went was a Wednesday. Overall, I might return just not on a Friday. The hostess specifically a female who was not african american with brown hair needs to work on her communication and instead passed me off to Branson after I asked for a second time how much longer was the wait. Mind you she had no problem helping a man and speaking with him prior to me. Not the african american young lady who was pleasant and actually felt comfortable talking to me. I don't know what that was about yet it made me feel uncomfortable because she did not do that to people who shared similarities with her.
Here are some pictures comparing the pizza; 1st pic was last night and 2nd pic was Oct 1. I tried the shrimp because I was not completely satisfied with the pizza and they were tasty and cooked to perfection with a perfect balance of spinach, cantaloupe, onions...

My family and could not have been more disappointed with the service. We have all travelled extensively and come from all parts of the world and live in major cities eat at fine dining restaurants wherever we go. At our table we had people from Toronto, London, DC, and Dubai. We hadn’t seen each other in a year and were celebrating my brother’s engagement. The service was horrible, the server only came twice and never checked on outside of that, just came to take orders for drinks and then food. The staff seemed annoyed we didn’t order alcohol, though we ordered mocktails and bottled water throughout the meal. We also ordered several appetizers and entrees and coffee and dessert, so to be clear we were not cheaping out on the meal at all. The server was completely disengaged and the meal took 3 and a half hours due to her not coming to take our food order among other things. We had to wave our arms around for someone to acknowledge us. We were with my elderly parents too and they were hurt and confused and exhausted having to wait so long. I’m shocked at the good reviews and saddened that my family celebration was treated so poorly, especially considering the restaurant’s reputation. Additionally, our bill had several charges for things we did not order which thankfully were removed, but still. The server’s attitude was atrocious. I sincerely hope the service was not due to our family coming from different ethnicities (we are a melting pot of a family), but I’m concerned that’s why were being treated so poorly. I’m honestly sick to my stomach my family had to go through this. Will not be returning to the Four Seasons. We had been excited to try their Michelin star restaurant next time, but will take our money elsewhere. No fine dining restaurant worth their salt would treat customers that way.

We chose Ravello to celebrate our 11th wedding anniversary, and while the atmosphere was lovely and the individual staff members were genuinely kind, the exceptional slowness and pacing of the service significantly overshadowed our evening. We left feeling highly disappointed that a celebratory night was spent mostly waiting.
The issues were primarily centered around the sustained downtime between staff check-ins, rather than delays in the kitchen. We recorded the following timeline between key service moments:
• 10 minutes: From being seated to placing our initial drink order.
• 20 minutes: From receiving our drinks to being able to order an appetizer.
• 20 minutes: From the completion of the appetizer to ordering the main entrees.
• 30 minutes: The waiting period between finishing our main course and finally ordering dessert.
This totaled over 80 minutes of dedicated waiting just for the opportunity to place orders, which completely detracted from the flow and enjoyment of our meal.
Furthermore, a basic element of dining service was neglected: our water glasses were never refilled without prompting. We had to specifically request refills, which further highlighted the lack of attentiveness at the table.
We appreciate that the staff were pleasant, and the manager did take the time to speak with us about our concerns. However, even with the acknowledgment of the issue, the overall experience of waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes just to progress through the meal stages made this evening fall far short of the standard expected for a restaurant of this caliber, especially when celebrating a milestone. We hope future guests receive a more attentive and timely dining experience.
