  We had the best experience at the Rainforest Café, and it was all thanks to our incredible waitress Ana R.! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, friendly, and so attentive, always checking in at the perfect times without ever making us feel rushed. She handled everything with a smile, even when the restaurant got busy, and made us feel like we were her top priority the entire meal. She went above and beyond to make sure our food was perfect, kept our drinks full, and even took the time to chat and make us laugh. You could tell she genuinely enjoys her job and cares about creating a great experience for her guests. Her energy and kindness truly made the whole rainforest atmosphere even more magical!

  Made reservations on the My Disney app. Checked in 15 minutes prior to reservation time and after about 20 minutes received the text that our table was ready. I have a peanut and treenut allergy so it can be really worrying sometimes eating out, but our server Felicia was absolutely amazing. She immediately got in contact with a chef to come talk to the table and was very helpful. Throughout the whole time we were there, she was so attentive and friendly, conversing with her was so easy! She made great recommendations and really appreciated it. The food was good, the nachos definitely could have had more beef on them, the bruscetta chicken special they have for the 30th anniversary was great though. The meatloaf from that same anniversary menu was eh. Would definitely come back again if we could have Felicia as our server again, she was one of the best servers I've had at a restaurant with Disney Springs.

  Pros: Waitress was attentive, Manager was nice, decor was nostalgic, and gift shop was well-stocked with a variety of items. The birthday dessert was very cute and the warm brownie was absolutely delicious. Cons: The Host team at the front looked miserable and unengaged. Also, the food was not good, at all. I got the steak and shrimp and immediately regretted it. Ordered the steak medium and it was overly well done. The shrimp scampi had lots of shell still on it and not an ounce of seasoning. The coconut shrimp tasted frozen. This was by far the worse meal I’ve had at Disney Springs, which was unfortunate since we went here for a birthday celebration. For $200, we expected more. Overall I’d still recommend going for nostalgia reasons, but the food needs some work.

  We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Rainforest Café! This location is by far the best Rainforest Café we’ve ever visited. Our server, Corey, went above and beyond to make our dinner so special — especially when it came to accommodating our allergy needs. They were so kind, patient, and thorough, and made sure everything was safe and enjoyable for our family. The highlight of the night was when Corey surprised our daughter for her birthday with a little cake and candle! She had no idea it was coming until the cake was placed in front of her and everyone began to sing — her face lit up with the biggest smile. It was adorable and made for a memory we’ll never forget. Thank you, Corey, and the entire Rainforest Café team for such a thoughtful and joy-filled dining experience. You made our evening truly magical!

  All the advertising, all the YouTube videos I’ve seen, family and friends all talking about how I have to try Rainforest Cafe. So I did. I took my partner here since both of us wanted to eat after Disney. Myself I was extremely excited to finally quench the curiosity that has been harbored in my brain about this place. Well. I tried it. Really disappointed. I’m glad they have tons of phenomenal reviews and majority of people love it, but unfortunately I will not be one of those people. I really did try to enjoy my experience here with my lady but the sweating gorilla above us constantly going “ohh ohhh ohhh ohhh” and moving around frantically wasn’t ideal for a first time experience. Now let’s talk about the food! Disappointing. We ordered the Awesome Appetizer Adventure to share. The portion for it was great for two but everything on it was so underwhelming. HOWEVER, the eggrolls that we got on our appventure were unbelievably delicious! I was so glad there was something on the plate that I did not have to force myself to eat since it was over $26.99 for the meal. Rainforest Cafe, I know this is harsh review but I mean this only in the most constructive way possible, please show some love to the food and pay the cooks better so that they can make amazing Rainforest food for people like me who have always wanted to come here for their first time. Thank you. P.S. please don’t put new visitors next to the sweaty gorilla.
