  We came to The Rainforest Café in Disney Springs after a long weekend of running! As most Rainforest cafés go, the wait was almost an hour and a half long. We luckily had a reservation, but still had to wait about 20 minutes. Our waiter, Jayneil, was extremely kind and helpful with ordering. One of the things we don’t care for about the rainforest Café is how long it takes to get our food, and how long it takes to get our bill. Sometimes it seems like because there are so many people, you are forgotten. No shade to our waiter who was amazing. It just isn’t always pleasurable to have to wave them down for your needs.

  We had a wonderful dining experience today, thanks in large part to our server, Steve. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly welcoming and polite. He really knows the menu—his food recommendations were spot on and helped us discover some new favorites we wouldn't have tried otherwise. On top of his great personality, he was remarkably efficient and fast, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s rare to find that perfect balance of speed and genuine friendliness. If you’re lucky enough to be seated in Steve’s section, you’re in for a treat!

  My family and I went here the last day of our trip for a fun experience. We were seated quite quickly as well as had a nice view. Our server Rico was so kind and friendly. He made a point to get to know us and made us feel very welcome. There was also a photographer who came around and took a picture of us here at the restaurant. We had an allergy in our party and the cooking team here made our family member feel at ease. Overall I highly recommend dining here not only because of the food, but for the excellent experience you will get. Thank you Rainforest Cafe’ and Rico for making this experience so memorable!!

  Rainforest Cafe was actually the coolest restaurant experience ever. Like not even exaggerating. You walk in and it’s a WHOLE JUNGLE. The thunder sounds, the animals moving, the lights flashing during the “storm”, it was so cool!! The food was so good and the drinks were adorable. But the BEST part?? OUR SERVER SOPHIA!!! Sophia was literally the sweetest person ever. She was so nice, so patient, and made the whole experience 10x better. She checked on us the perfect amount, joked with us, and just had the best energy. You can tell she actually cares and enjoys what she does, and that makes such a difference. GIVE HER A RAISE IMMEDIATELY!!! The whole place is just so fun!! I would absolutely go back and I would bring everyone I know.

  I visited the Rainforest Cafe recently with a large group of 33 family members for a reunion, and it was a mixed experience. The food was, frankly, mediocre - nothing stood out as exceptional or particularly memorable. However, the atmosphere was absolutely spot on! The Rainforest theme is immersive and fun, and the decor really transported us to a tropical paradise 🌴. Given the size of our group, it was impressive how well the staff handled our reunion - they made sure everyone was accommodated and had a great time. But the real highlight was our server, Michael. He was fantastic! His attentiveness was great - he checked in regularly without being intrusive, and his enthusiasm added to the overall vibe of the place. If the food gets a revamp, this place would be a solid 5 stars. As it stands, it's worth a visit for the atmosphere and great service (thanks, Michael!). ⭐️4/5 stars
