A very cool place to eat. It was my first time there. It will be my last. I hope they take better care of the fish than they do their customers.
Let's start at the beginning. I made a reservation. I was told to get in line by the host. Whats the point of the reservation? I was finally seated.
We wear seated and it took several minutes for our server, El******h, to take our drink order. She came and took our drink order. We had been there long enough to know what we wanted for our entire order. We placed the order. Again, a long time for our drinks. We were presented with our appetizer, the sampler platter. Everything was flavorless. Frozen chicken tenders. Cheese curds and fried onions tasted like grease. The spinach dip was pretty good. The egg rolls were not crispy on the outside and lava in the center. Luckily, the plate had dips. I dont recommend any of those items.
Our main courses came out at a reasonable time. I had the ribs, steak, shrimp. The steak was actually pretty good. The butter on top was really good. The coconut shrimp didnt taste like coconut or shrimp. The ribs didnt have much seasoning. It was just covered in sauce. I had ordered mashed potatoes instead of fries. I got fries. My partner ordered rasta pasta without peppers and a side of vegetables. The pasta looked like it had been sitting under the pass for a while. There were peppers and no side of vegetables. Our server never came to check on us. Our drinks were empty and we had to wave her down. While she was at our table we told her that our meals were not correct. She blamed it on the kitchen. We asked for our check. $115 for bad food and service. Id rather go to a chain restaurant and spend less for the same or better food. I hope the management looks into this review to confirm my review is accurate. I wouldnt recommend this place. The aquariums dont make up for the food and service.

We cannot praise Sam enough for the incredible service provided during our recent visit. When we shared details of our family’s food allergies, Sam was meticulous: confirming ingredients, cross-checking preparation methods, and clearly explaining how they’d avoid cross-contamination. Their knowledge and attention to detail put us completely at ease.
Equally impressive was how Sam interacted with our autistic child. They took time to understand our child’s preferences, used calm, predictable language, and even adapted their approach to help our little one feel comfortable and engaged. Sam’s patience, kindness, and genuine care made the experience stress-free for our whole family.
Sam’s dedication to both safety and inclusivity is truly remarkable – we’ll definitely be returning, and we highly recommend asking for Sam if you’re seeking thoughtful, attentive service for allergies or neurodiverse needs.

DO NOT GO!!! We went for New Year’s Eve/ and my aunt’s Birthday. Once we were finally given drinks, the entire tables drinks remained empty until after all the food was finished, until I found a manager to refill them. Once our food was dropped off, several mistakes made, that could have easily been rectified if our server came back at least ONE time before bringing our bill. The manager replaced a couple plates that weren’t correct. But by this time, the rest of the table was ready to leave; having finished long ago.
I could go on, but suffice it to say, this birthday celebration will now forever be a memory of an absolute disaster of a dining experience. Spare yourselves !
On another note, they seemed to be amused that they placed the only large group of black patrons directly in front of the gorillas. I asked after having seen a few employees snicker and gesture towards my in-laws. Our waitress was vocal in her amusement. I was not.
Hopefully this spares you and your family.

Our visit to the Rainforest Cafe was already exciting the moment we walked in—the atmosphere is fun, immersive, and magical for both kids and adults. But what truly made this experience exceptional was Ramon.
From the very beginning, Ramon was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond to make sure our whole family felt welcome and comfortable. His energy, patience, and sense of humor turned a great meal into a truly memorable experience. You can tell immediately when someone loves what they do—and Ramon absolutely does.
He was fantastic with our daughters, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and always one step ahead of our needs without ever being intrusive. The service felt personal, thoughtful, and sincere, which is rare and deeply appreciated.
The food was delicious, the environment was vibrant and fun, but Ramon is the reason this visit stands out and the reason we will absolutely be coming back. If you’re visiting the Rainforest Cafe, do yourself a favor and ask for him—you’ll leave smiling.
Thank you, Ramon, for turning a meal into a special memory for our family. 🌿🦜🌧️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ABSOLUTELY LIFE-CHANGING SERVICE ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I came to Rainforest Cafe expecting dinner. I left questioning whether Steve the server is, in fact, a mythical guardian spirit of the rainforest sent to bless us mere mortals.
From the moment Steve appeared—like a caffeinated cheetah with a notepad—our experience was elevated to legendary status. Drinks? Already there before we realized we were thirsty. Food recommendations? Delivered with the wisdom of an ancient shaman who has personally communed with every menu item. He didn’t just serve us—he championed our dining journey.
Steve navigated the thunderstorm sound effects, animatronic animals, and a dining room full of chaos with the calm confidence of someone who could absolutely survive in the real rainforest. He checked on us the perfect number of times (somehow always right when we needed him), remembered every detail of our order, and radiated positivity like the sun powering the entire ecosystem.
If Rainforest Cafe is the jungle, Steve is the apex predator of excellent service. Promote him. Clone him. Build a small shrine near the gift shop. If you’re lucky enough to have Steve as your server, know that you are experiencing Rainforest Cafe at its absolute peak.
Five stars isn’t enough. 🌴🦜🍔
