    Worst service we’ve ever had. Ordered a cocktail and it was served without ice in 2 separate glasses. One of whiskey and one with sprite. Asked for lemon with soda at order, none came. Server never checked on us. Someone else brought out our order so i could not ask for it again. When server did come back we asked for ice water. He brought just water and said there isn’t ice on this floor he’d have to go upstairs. The bar was literally behind us. No ice?! Upon leaving we spoke with manager who defended his server as one of their best. When he asked what was wrong we told about the separate cocktail glasses, he said whiskey and 7 isn’t a cocktail that’s why 2 separate glasses. What?! No ice in either. Ordered burgers. The food was just ok, basic not terrible but not the best ever. I don’t usually give reviews. The way the manager handled this situation made us feel like we were the problem and our requests were out of line. We won’t be returning.

    Pasé a comer por el lugar, la verdad el lugar me pareció genial y bien temático. La comida estuvo rica también y porciones abundantes. Ahora, la atención de otro nivel, desastre. Ya de una el mozo estaba con 0 disposición. Ni hablemos que pedimos limonada y nos dijo que la limonada tiene fresa, a lo que dijimos no hay drama, ok. Cuando llega la cuenta, era una limonada de otro menú. Que ni siquiera habíamos visto, evidentemente quien compra una limonada Usd 15 ? Ese gesto horrible nos arruinó esa experiencia, por intentar joder al turista. Definitivamente no voy a volver y si están pensando en ir, súper aclaren todo lo que ordenan. No sea cosa que les pase como a nosotros.

    I first off by wanting to say our server Patrick was amazing, very friendly, so this review has absolutely nothing to do with the service he provided, he was excellent. While eating our dinner my husband bit into his burger, bitting into an hard piece of plastic, that was about 2-3 inches big. We called over the waiter who apologized and right away went to find the manager, in the mean time of waiting a new burger came out and naturally my husband lost his appetite. The manager who came over his name I believe was Victor. He did a horrible job at damage control, he told my husband unfortunately these things happen sometimes. My husband explained he has lost his appetite which Victor than offered to replace the burger with another meal or dessert which my husband declined again. By stating that this unfortunately happens is unacceptable what if he was to swallow the plastic piece? What if it was in a child’s food!? The manager seemed like he was just going through the motions of handling the situation. We will not be returning.

    Awful experience. Waited for over 45 minutes past reservation with two children starving. During the wait we were told to wait in the lobby. It was overcrowded, very unorganised and people were pushing around to get through. My daughter suffers with panic attacks and anxiety in crowded spaces. We tried to get through the crowd to stand outside but when we asked a women to move so we could get through she ignored us. So I had to push past. She then decided to shout at my 15 year old daughter and was considerably rude. I went back in to cancel our reservation as we had such an awful experience. The woman who was shouting at my daughter was given special treatment and apologised to by a staff member and taken upstairs to a table. We was treated terribly by staff and did not feel welcome at all. Will definitely not be returning and would advise any British not to bother. When I tried to cancel to go elsewhere all of a sudden our reservation was ready. We cancelled anyway due to our awful experience. Did not get to try the food.

    The time to our seat from check-in was very quick, as well as the attention to service. Jerry G was our server and couldn’t be more grateful for it. Immensely knowledgeable, attentive, and caring towards our experience that made our days at the springs. The food had been fantastic as well as we always remember it to be and arrived to our table quick despite the heavy traffic of the restaurant. During the meal, Jerry G had made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond by aiding our requests. Gave us recommendations that enhanced our meal even more that would turn into something I would regularly order. The service made me want to go out of my way to the manager, Keith, to compliment the service. Keith had also been fantastic in rendering service and ensuring that Jerry knew how much we appreciated it. Can’t wait to go back again.
