  Planet Hollywood at Disney Springs has a fun atmosphere and the movie-themed decor makes it an entertaining place to visit, especially if you enjoy classic Hollywood memorabilia. The location is great and the restaurant itself looks impressive inside. However, the food and service were just okay for the price. The meals were decent but nothing particularly memorable. The staff was polite, but the service felt a little slow. Overall, it’s a fun place to check out once for the theme and experience.

  We stopped in to grab a quick bite. Jesse the bartender was fantastic. Service was awesome, she greeted us promptly took our order for the Prime Burger that she recommended. The chef cooked the burger to the perfect temperature I asked for. Jesse was very knowledgeable of the park and even recommended us to come back after 4 to the outside bar for their happy hour. Sit at the bar high tops or the bar. Ask for Jesse. OUTSIDE BAR We returned to the outside bar a little later. Brenda the bartender was amazing! If I could give her 10 stars over the 5 max I would. This lady along with Esteban who was working the tables did not skip a beat. The bar was packed and Brenda kept up with making the drinks and interacting with us sitting at the bar. I am very pleased to see Plant Hollywood hiring Veterans. As a Veteran my self I will always support Military friendly restaurants first. If you like pretzels have Brenda make you one with the Creole mustard on the side. Stop by and see Brenda the outside bartender, sometimes she is inside as well, or Jesse inside. You can not go wrong with either one.

  Our server was incredibly kind and attentive. She checked in on us often and did a great job, we truly appreciated her service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience at Planet Hollywood was very disappointing. We were seated on the very top floor at a small table right against the railing overlooking the entire restaurant below. While the view could have been nice, the table felt extremely cramped and uncomfortably close to the railing, especially being so high up. It just felt tight and awkward. I absolutely expected music and for it to be loud… but this was beyond what felt reasonable. It was ridiculously loud to the point of being unbearable. My boyfriend was sitting directly across from me at a small two-person table, and I still had to practically scream just for him to hear me. It made it impossible to have a normal conversation and really took away from the experience. The food was also very disappointing. I ordered a simple salad, and it was honestly shocking how bad it was. We both ordered the loaded mashed potatoes, but the amount of cheese made them almost inedible. My boyfriend’s burger wasn’t good either. Overall, the food was underwhelming across the board. We ended up asking for the check quickly because we just wanted to leave due to the noise and overall atmosphere. It’s unfortunate because our server was wonderful, but everything else made the experience one we wouldn’t repeat.

  Garret was the best. Highly recommend requesting him! 13 people with separated checks and children who wouldn’t sit still is NO easy feat. He never skipped a beat. He was such a joy and his energy was amazing. 5 star service started from the door. We were a walk in of 13 locals and they initially said 30 minute wait and 2 separate tables. We were totally fine with it but when they heard us mention we were celebrating my mom’s 60th birthday, not only did they seat us very quickly, but they surprised us with one big table. Many laughs were had and memories were made around that table tonight. What no one there knew is that we were celebrating her first birthday since my dad passed this year. Today was hard for her but Planet Hollywood contributed to the moments we were able to make it special for her. Thank you so much!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service at Planet Hollywood — Tracy C Made the Experience Outstanding Had a fantastic experience at Planet Hollywood and I have to specifically call out Tracy C — absolutely one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere. Friendly, professional, attentive without being intrusive, and clearly someone who genuinely cares about the guest experience. Everything from menu recommendations to timing of the food was spot-on. Drinks stayed full, the order was perfect, and the whole experience felt smooth and enjoyable even with the restaurant being busy. That kind of service makes a huge difference. Tracy C deserves serious recognition — employees who create this level of customer experience keep people coming back and talking about it. Honestly, this is the kind of service that earns raises. Great atmosphere, good food, and standout hospitality. If you’re heading to Planet Hollywood, ask for Tracy C — you’ll be glad you did.
