About 25 years ago my family and I went to Disneyworld for the first and last time after I had a hamburger at Pecos Bill's. It gave me the worst case of food poisoning I had ever had. I was too old to be covered under my family's insurance and I could not afford my own, so I suffered in the hotel room for three days--the remainder of our trip-- to recover without care. Needless to say, avoid this place in the Park.

The food here was alright! My wife and I used our meal plan here. It’s nice that it was included because it was a pretty decent place to eat. The employees and staff here were not friendly. The interior here was dark and seemed kinda muggy or just out of place. They had outside seating though which was nice! The food, like I said was pretty good. If I didn’t have the meal plan, I don’t think I would pay full price for it given the other options around but it’s definitely worth checking out if you have the meal plan and need a healthy hearty meal while out and about.

Had food here before and it’s gone down hill. Food was absolutely terrible. Nothing tasted like it should. Don’t waste your Disney savings. Skip this one. If it’s empty, that’s a sign that I neglected.

I can't give zero so 1 it's, food or service aren't the problem, it is the cheapest place in Disney you can't expect too much. That said, my accident happened because of a low metal gate in front of the counter. They use those metal barriers to guide visitors toward the cashier and the order pick-up area. Everything was fine until the attendant forgot my straws. When I went back for them, I didn’t see the low gate again, and as I turned around, I hit my leg against it. Long story short, I spent a week using muscle rub and lidocaine just to keep up with my routine, and I still have three different colors on my left leg, yellow, red and green. I am not happy with these kinds of obstacles in a park that is extremely expensive. If you guys need those barriers probably you should replace them with something that doesn't hurt visitors in a bad way.
