    We had an outstanding experience here, from check-in to departure. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were able to get in immediately. All three of us had the cheeseburger, and one of us had it with a gf bun. As Disney does, they gave our gf person their own menu and sent out someone from the kitchen to consult on allergy needs. The atmosphere is relaxed with excellent light and open space. Our waiter, Antonio was exceptional. We learned later that this is a favorite of Disney-goers, so we were glad to have had the experience.

    One of our favorite restaurants at Disney World and we ate at a lot of them last week. The kids meals here are the very best we experienced in all of Disney World (including Cinderella’s Royal Table). Everything was delicious with huge portions.

    Manager Kevin was very rude to us. We couldn't order through the outdated app bc it was not processing our order. He asked us why our app wasn't working when obviously their problem. He didnt provide a menu to order in person and expected us to know what was offered. Didnt provide syrup to our to go with our 5 orders of pancakes and waffles. Literally threw in two strawberries and two blueberries but for one order only when we order three more sides of fruits. The breakfast was comparable to Denny’s so it’s bad. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner because of this. Honestly was the worst employee we have come across at any disney resort or park. Not sure of its because we are Asian but he definitely had an underlying racist tone.

    Olivia’s is a MUST! Tyrone aka Mr. T but he should be known as Mr. Bubbles! He was a delight! Everything he suggested was absolutely delicious and could not have been any more hospitable! We are going back and our first stop will be there before checking in.
