- KSKathy SantopietroJan 24, 20264.0We dined for the 2nd time at Monsieur Paul last week (January 2026). Since our last visit in 2025 there has been a change of chef. Apparently now there is a Michelin starred chef leading some changes. I personally liked the previous menu as I thought is was more generous and accessible. For instance, I do not like seafood, last year is was no problem and I was brought an additional meat course in place of the fish course. My husband on the other hand, loved the new menu with its additional level of sophistication and imagination. He thought is was the best meal he has had in many years. Husband opted for the more expensive and extensive tasting menu while I ordered the standard tasting menu. Menu aside, the service, hospitality and ambiance is extraordinary and worth every penny. The staff were all so kind and one can enjoy a 3 hour meal and even see the Epcot fireworks from the windows over dessert.

Many items are still there but have been moved from the $195 per person menu to the $260 per person menu. It felt like a "bait and switch" situation and we chose not to dine there. Very disappointing as it took years to talk my husband into taking me there. Management explained that posted menus were Disney's problem. Not theirs.
