  Una parada deliciosa en el Pabellón de México (EPCOT) Mi esposo y yo visitamos Hacienda San Ángel en EPCOT y tuvimos una experiencia muy bonita. Desde el primer momento, el servicio fue amable y atento, y tuvimos la suerte de que nos asignaran una mesa en la ventana con vista — un detalle que hizo la cena aún más especial. La comida estuvo rica, con sabores bien logrados y buenas porciones. El famoso avocado margarita estuvo bueno y refrescante, aunque honestamente… no era exactamente lo que esperaba. Aun así, lo disfruté. Pero lo más rico de la noche — ¡y esto sí que me sorprendió! — fue el helado de palomitas. WOW. Si visitan este restaurante, tienen que probarlo. Es cremoso, diferente y tiene ese saborcito que te hace querer otro bocado antes de terminar el primero. Una cosa espectacular. En general, pasamos un rato bien chévere: buena comida, buena vista, buen servicio y un postre que se robó el show. Definitivamente es un lugar que vale la pena visitar cuando estés recorriendo el Pabellón de México.

  Disney has doubled the failure rate! Both times now I have been to a Disney reservation restaurant they have failed. This time not only was I ignored for 15 mins after alerting I received the text that our table was ready, and informed the host stand. They then told me to go wait until my name was called. So I patiently waited again for 15 minutes before watching 6 groups go ahead when they checked in after my group. Only then I alerted the hostess stand they I still have not been called…. They never checked me in. So if you like poor service make a reservation! They are consistent at that. No I can’t rate the food because I refused to order it.

  10/24/2025 Our 11th Wedding Anniversary. We ordered Parillada La Hacienda for two. The dish includes New York Strip and Roasted Chicken Breast. We ordered the steak well done. A server brought out the food. We started cutting into the steak and it was rare, very bloody. Our waitress stopped by and asked how everything tasted and before we had the chance to comment she had looked at the steak and noticed all of the blood and apologized for the steak and asked if she could cook us a new one that was cooked properly and we were grateful for that. She went to the manager that was just behind our booth, she explained the situation and the Manager told her to go get the steak that was on our plates and to take it to the kitchen for a recook. We thought that was kind of weird but we were good with it. 20 minutes later they brought us the same cuts of meat that the manager had made the waitress retrieve. Overall, the food sucked. The manager sucked. The waitress was great. If you give this place a try, bring your own salt & pepper because you won’t find it on any of the tables. Thanks and good luck.

  The service here was phenomenal and the atmosphere was great. The guacamole starter was amazing and a massive portion for the price - definitely the best value. The grilled shrimp tacos were just alright, not alot of flavor going on. The shrimp tasted like they were frozen and topped with a bunch of raw cabbage to mask their soft texture.
