The food was so good and everyone enjoyed the specialty breakfast beverages and coffee. The atmosphere was very enjoyable with seeing the characters moving about and visiting us without feeling chaotic. Our server was so sweet as well.

It was older looking and kind of distracting from the characters. We were able to just walk in without reservations so that was nice.

Overall, the trip was wonderful—until our experience at this location for lunch on October 16, 2025. Upon arrival, we were met outside by a staff member named Diana. Unfortunately, her demeanor was immediately unwelcoming and disrespectful. The interaction felt hostile, and her lack of basic customer service skills significantly affected our experience. After an otherwise fantastic vacation, this encounter was disappointing and left a negative impression of the establishment. This woman needs to be relocated to a position where she doesn’t have to deal with people.
- LKLily KornikDec 21, 20255.0This fabulous restaurant is located inside Disney Hollywood studios theme park. It offers a nice buffet dining with characters. The buffet is absolutely delicious and offers peeled shrimp, super tasty salads, carved turkey with stuffing, cranberry sauce, baked Salmon. Carved meat, mashed potato, cauliflower in yummy cheese sauce, something really delicious marshmallows with squash - wow. Different drinks are included in the price and numerous desserts, including ice cream and bread pudding. Disney characters come and interact and you can take pictures. I wanted to take the time to congratulate chef Daniel on this incredible buffet and how tasty everything is. We have been going again and again. Amazing food, great fun, Disney Characters - let the good times roll 🎉 Don’t miss it, highly recommended.
