I do not understand why they serve all the food on flimsy little paper plates that bend from the weight of the food. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the long lines. The checkout process can surely be streamlined. The restaurant environment was chaotic and loud. Many of tables were dirty from crumbs and residue. The food is cafeteria style where it sits under a heat lamp. Thus, some of the items were lukewarm by the time I was able to eat. ——- The shopping side had no issues.

Many of the food offerings have been upgraded so it’s nice to see they still have kept their classic tie-dye cheesecake.
