El Mercado de Coronado is basically the food court at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. If it’s not THE largest food court Disney has at their resorts, it’s got to be number two. And that makes sense, because this counter service restaurant feeds an entire convention center. El Mercado is designed to feel like an outdoor market, and I’ve been dining here long enough to remember when it was more colorful and called the Pepper Market. There is so much seating, both inside and out. There are multiple stations for all three meals. You’ll find Mexican and American dishes, plus a bunch of options like pizza, sandwiches, burgers, and rice bowls. I believe the prices are higher here for food items than other resort food courts, but you may not mind paying that on your way to a convention. It’s a nice place for a meal. Get a Dole Whip for dessert!

A friend recommended this place. I took the skyline nd a bus just to come here. It’s not worth it. It’s ok if you are staying here, but not to go out of your way to.

This is the required food court of Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. This really isn’t special in any way, but it does its job. There’s plenty of seating and a few soda fountains, although you need to scan your cup before filling. The service was pretty quick, though there can be minor lines.
The food itself is actually pretty decent. I had the garlic knots which were alright, but I liked the Chorizo and Egg Empanadas. They were pretty dry, but they had a lot of flavor and I enjoyed it. Overall, if you want a quick bite to eat this is a good option.
