Not sure if it was supposed to be pressed or what but the menu says it's a hot sandwich. I expect more for 17.99 for a 12" Was in a rush and there was a huge line so I didn't attempt to have a remake. I'm sure they would have accommodated though.

The server didn’t seem to care about customers at all and simply repeated, “you have to wait,” without offering any explanation or solution. What makes it so difficult to prepare two sandwiches? Why does it take an hour? Even Subway can make a sandwich in under a minute.

The beef that was on my sandwich was mostly grissel/fat and not able to be chewed. As it was there was very little beef on the sandwich. Then I paid $2 for Avocado that was extra...I was fine with that. I got one and a half slices. They can do better. The pictures show the sandwich about an hour later as it was to go... but a very sad sandwich indeed.
