While using the Disney Dining Plan, I realized I had accidentally ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger instead of the Bacon and Blue Burger I'd been craving. Upon realizing my mistake, I rushed back to the counter expecting a standard exchange, but what happened next was truly exceptional. A chef personally took the initiative to correct my error right away. Not only did they quickly prepare the correct order, but they also took the time to personally deliver the perfect Bacon and Blue Burger right to my table. This level of dedication and personalized care from the culinary team is genuinely remarkable. It turned a momentary mix-up into a highlight of our dining experience. The food was, of course, delicious—juicy, perfectly cooked, and well worth the wait—but the superior service and attention to detail are what make D-Luxe Burger a must-visit. Five stars all the way!

Friendly staff and exceptionally clean dining areas indoor and outdoor dining available. Milk Shakes so thick you could eat them with a spoon.

It's a little off to the side and I'm not sure we would have tried it had we not encountered such unprofessional rude behavior at the Polite Pig. D-Luxe Burger is nice since it's tucked out of the way, the restaurant is clean and the employees are all very professional and friendly. They were helpful with our questions and not rude and dismissive. The food is excellent, made to order and they have great fries(made fresh in clean oil) along with a wide variety of dipping sauces. We will definitely return as this is the better choice for a quick meal in Disney Springs.
