- TLtyler lopezNov 10, 20251.0So I come here every year for almost 4 years now everytime we stay here at the cabins and I have to say the service here has gone down hill at least with the server we had can’t speak on the rest to be fair…. Not only were we given snarking attitude for simply asking questions about the menu due to them changing the menu recently and us not being familiar with now but also everytime we asked for simple request on stuff like if we were able to have all flats for the wings and etc we were always told “no” on every request asked…… previously years our service has always been fantastic but today was awful and disappointing…

The check came with a recommended top of 18%... For a buffet and the valve suggested was actually 36% come on Disney. We made reservations thinking it would be decent... Very disappointed.
