The caviar was one of the best I’ve had, and the entire meal was spot on with perfect service and a lovely atmosphere. Can’t wait to go again!

Karina in the bar area is exceptional. She knows the menu better than any others and treats everyone right. Highly recommended! We sit in the bar seating to get Karina everytime!

I’m really disappointed to write this because this restaurant used to be one of my favorites. Unfortunately, the food has truly gone downhill since the last time I was here in 2018.
The service overall has declined as well. Our waitress was lovely and kind, but she was clearly overwhelmed and overworked, which affected the experience.
The truffle pasta was extremely overcooked — it arrived as a sticky pasta glob sitting in an overly thick cream sauce that honestly resembled Elmer’s glue. It was inedible. The chicken tasted pre-made and lacked freshness. The short rib was just terrible — excessively fatty and poorly prepared.
Desserts were nowhere near the caliber they once were. What used to feel like a refined, memorable dining experience now feels like a shadow of its former self.
I truly hope they return to the standard that made me love this place prior to 2018.

My son, a former Disney employee, chose to dine here for his 40th birthday having previously had a positive experience. Sadly, this visit was a major disappointment and far below the standards we experienced at every other Disney restaurant during our holiday.
Having dined at Yachtsman the previous evening, the contrast was stark. Yachtsman delivered exceptional service, professionalism and atmosphere — a true credit to Disney. Unfortunately, our experience at Citrico’s felt chaotic and poorly managed from the moment we arrived.
We arrived ten minutes early for our 7:10pm reservation and were told there would be a delay and that we should “find somewhere for a drink.” Every nearby bar was extremely busy, making this unrealistic. While waiting, I visited the restroom, which was in a very poor state and clearly had not been attended to promptly.
When our table was finally ready, there appeared to be confusion about where we were being seated and who would take us. The restaurant itself felt overcrowded and extremely noisy — so loud we had to shout to speak to one another. We felt over-dressed as we had followed the dress code as stated online, yet were surprised to see guests in swim shorts and flip-flops, which diminished the supposed dining standard.
Upon being seated, a stroller had to be moved to make space for us. Due to the cramped layout, my wife was bumped twice by servers navigating around strollers and neighbouring tables. The overall environment felt disorganised and uncomfortable.
Our server did her best in difficult circumstances, but it was hard to hear her explanations due to the noise. Drinks arrived halfway through the meal, my wife and I ordered the same wine, (by the glass) the glasses were noticeably filled to different levels. The food, when it arrived, looked rushed and poorly presented — nothing like the photos we had previously seen.
It felt as though the restaurant was significantly overbooked, with little visible management presence to support staff. This impression was reinforced when the bill was presented at the same time as dessert.
I raised my concerns with the duty manager, who acknowledged the issues and explained they were overbooked and understaffed, stating that Disney policy discourages saying “no” which made his job difficult. This explanation was surprising, especially as none of the other Disney restaurants we visited seemed to face similar problems.
The manager said he would investigate and communicate through our hotel reservation, we await his findings ?.
I paid the bill in full and tipped our server well, as in my opinion she was not responsible for the broader management failings. Perhaps we visited on an unusually bad evening, but this experience was deeply disappointing — particularly as it was meant to be a special 40th birthday celebration.
I struggle to have anything positive to say about our Citrico’s visit, A long journey and considerable expense for what ultimately felt like an anti-climax.

We have zero complaints about the service; our waitress was great. There was one minor issue with waiting for silverware for the bread and then our entree but she had extra tables so we didn't complain about that. The atmosphere was very nice and the view amazing especially as the sun set. Despite that, this was our first and last visit to Citricos. For the prices charged, the food and portion sizes were not worth it. Then there's the wine list...they only serve the wine by the glass in a 5 oz. portion! In looking at the wine menu, EVERY SINGLE wine available by the glass came in just the 5 oz. serving UNLESS you bought the whole bottle. I got the cheapest wine ($16 a glass), took one sip and knew it did not taste like it was worth $16 so I sent it back. At many restaurants, you get the choice between 6 oz., 9 oz., or the bottle. The appetizer we ordered was less than $20 but only enough for the three of us to each have one taste! For dinner, I had the garlic crusted fish ($48), my husband had the short ribs ($54) and his boss had the filet mignon ($62). All 3 portion sizes were among the smallest we have ever been served at a restaurant. When there's enough room left on the plate for 2 other dinners to rent space, that's not a good deal for the money your paying. His boss said the portion sizes were smaller than each of our fists! He expressed regret and apologized for taking us there. We've had a better meal at other Disney restaurants and will go to one of those in the future.
