  My daughter has celiac disease. The cashier was aware of what to do. The manager came over to make sure gluten was the only issue. He assured me he would be the only one to handle her food. I didn’t have to explain anything. He personally delivered the food to our table and checked on us later on. I am so grateful for their knowledge and care with celiac as it isn’t easy to eat food on the go. She enjoyed her meal and hasn’t had any issues after. Thank you, Chicken Guy!

  We went to Disney Springs to kill some time before checkin. We were meeting friends for a relatively early dinner so we needed something smaller than a full meal to hold us over. After finding a bunch of full meal places we asked a Cast Member where they eat. Without hesitation she said "Chicken Guy." Good enough! First off, we failed. I got a 5 piece thinking nuggets or strips. These are closer to billy clubs! SO got a 3 piece. We should have split a 5. This was a lot of food! Strips were served extremely hot and so were the firs. Sauces were excellent but the strips are great even without them. Drinks are the full range of Coke products and self serve. This makes it really easy if you have a big group because you dont have to remember everyone's drink order. We were there in December and the outdoor seating was great. Thats good because the indoor seating was pretty limited. This is not the place to go if you need a break from the heat in July. Service was excellent and fast. Ordering is walk up and then you get a number. Cast Members bring the food to you. Too me this is a hidden gem and one of the best values at any Disney property. If you are feeding a bunch of kids, get some 5 pieces and have a feeding frenzy for $30. Recommended

  The spicy chicken tenders are zingy but resoundingly mild, and the bourbon brown sugar BBQ sandwich is sickly sweet and messy. The fries are very salty but otherwise inoffensive, while the loaded fries are blanketed in a gross nacho cheese topping. The apple cinnamon shake is delicious and has a pleasantly crunchy cereal topping. The chipotle ranch is a little too sweet for my liking, similar to Chik Fil A's, and donkey sauce is pleasantly creamy and light. I did not finish my loaded fries because of the cheese. The value was fair for a theme park. Overall, I would not return.

  This place is great and certainly beats the price tag of every restaurant in Disney Springs. I have been to paddlefish, planet Hollywood, the jungle restaurant and this place for the taste alone matches the quality and is far cheaper. Their apple cinnamon shake is top notch. My wife and I earlier had a ghiradelli caramel quake shake for 14.99 and I am sorry but it was a waste of money when I compare the taste and quality of the milkshakes chicken guy brings. If you are in Disney springs they have a self order machine so ordering is easy for you. You won’t regret trying this place.

  $10 for 5 pieces and 2 sauces Used the self-service kiosks and skipped the line by going through the back door. Very quick and easy. Got the spicy tenders, which had a nice little kick to them. The variety of dips were good, and additional dips were only 50 cents. We got the LTO dip, which was a honey BBQ type dip, as well as garlic parmesan which I thought was quite good. The tenders themselves were top tier. Great crunch on the outside, and even though it was all white meat, it was completely tender and juicy on the inside. Next time I will get the non-spicy tenders to see if it's the same. 5/5!!!!
